Bruh! It took a hr for them to take my food order in the drive thru.... I would have left but once you get in the thru you kinda stuck you can't pull out! This was the only fast food open that night, but rest assured never again. Im still waiting till this day. The food should've been free you think. 4/7/2024

Overcharged. Not really familiar with place or pricing. I was shocked at how much it was...so much so that I checked the prices when I got home. Also order has onions and it was obvious they had sat too long. They had that overwhelming strong bite/taste. I couldn't eat my items after a couple of bites. I should have just taken $ out of my purse and torn it up. I would have saved money and time

Not accepting apple pay at the drive through is ridiculous, especially considering the wait for orders made inside is 10x longer. Either fix the card readers, or allow employees to handle phones like they used to.

Their food is looking too far from the pictures in their commercials. But that’s ok. It is still tasty. Biggest issue I have is with orders when something is missing. Almost every other time I found that something is missing in my order. When I pick up, I usually check what’s in the bag and return if something is missing. But when order delivery I don’t have time and opportunity to return. I submit a feedback/complain in their app, but don’t have any reply. Seems like I’m feeding someone in Taco Bell and that’s ok for them if they keep stealing my food and do not react on complains. Love their food, but hate their service.

The guys in the back were singing James brown songs and yelling "GIMME" and "SOUL POWER." If the employees are having a good time, I'm gonna have a good time. Honestly the funniest and best taco bell experience I've ever had. Keep it up guys. Will def come back

Service is replaced by a computer screen to place your order then someone walks from behind the wall with your order.
Waited 1 hr 32mins to get food poisoning. Wife through hers away as seeing me throw up and use the bathroom so much . We ordered three tacos,burrito, crunchy wrap. Would not recommend this place.

This location charges 20-30% more than any other taco bell ive been to. Breakfast box was $9. Its $5 or $6 at all other locations. Food was not prepared well either.

Take FOREVER in the drive thru! So long that people try to get out of the line. The food is great but the drive thru line will take at least 20 mins and they don’t seem to care at all…

Workers will steal your card info and use it to buy online clothes. Went here, used my credit card for absolutely no other charge that day and look 2 hours later and what do ya know, saw a $355 charge from Nike online. Don’t come here unless you want your info stolen.
