Great store, the kids working in there were super helpful and kind to my mom. Although the food was AWESOME but the visual was subpar, also super pricey.

We placed an order and was not understood in the speaker first. And that should have been a sign that it wasn’t going to work. My husband even repeated the order at the window. Once we got the order all the way home, the order was still wrong. We couldn’t even eat it. I called the phone number 5 times to see if anyone would answer to resolve the problem and no answer. And I shouldn’t have to drive all the way back out. Horrible experience sadly.

Solid Taco Bell, we always order ahead of time via the app and everything is correct and ready in time. Nice employees too!

Management, please hire faster working employees that are making the food. The poor guy working the window is hovering near the cooks because they’re taking forever. I placed an order at 7:53 and left at 8:14 PM. It should never take that long to make two soft tacos with no lettuce

Asked for a Nachos Bell Grande with the chips on the side, no beans and extra beef. We were charged for the ingredients on the side. When asked why we were charged for the items that already come with the meal, we were told they had to get the manager. Got home and had extra beans and no beef. Complete idiots work there. At least we were refunded for the extra items but our order was completely wrong. Never going back to this location!

Management matters, previous management was bad, and Service and food was horrible, now even after reopening, new management is still horrible. GM NEEDS TO GO! they have gotten our orders wrong constantly, and the GM herself (Emily I believe) refuses to admit mistake. Then tells me I can’t have a replacement because it’s been over seven days based on corporate policy, when I asked for her name, she shut the drive-through window. If you order from here, you will likely not get what you ordered, they put whatever they feel on anything, sour cream randomly, chicken on beef items, just whatever they feel like. And if you ask the GM, she says that’s what it’s supposed to have, gets defensive, rude. I would love for someone from corporate reach out to me, pull the video from the interaction so they can see firsthand. With the history of this location, they can’t afford this type of behavior, If they want to succeed. I’m adding a picture of a tostada with sour cream which it is not supposed to have, as example

Cheese barely visible on Tostada. I asked for a little more and was told, "there's only supposed to be a pinch". One teaspoon of beans and red sauce, a "pinch" of lettuce. It appears this new ownership will be no better than previous owners.
