Didn’t get to take pics of the food, because the convo was good. Wings were little cold. We let the server know. Manger came and gave us free wings.

Ordered a to-go order for pickup tonight with about 40 minutes notice. When we got there the order was not ready and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Reviewed the bag before leaving and noticed no sauces or napkins were included. The hostess had to grab them from the kitchen. Got home to see we received 4.5 carrots with our wings and ordered “all carrots no celery”. Usually when we sit down to eat we have good service but very disappointed with the to-go order service. On a school community trip with special needs students and I have to brag on what an incredible server Terrence was during our visit. Truly amazing! Engaging, patient and understanding. Quick and attentive. We will definitely be back!

I ordered the roasted wings and asked for them to be seasoned with only salt. I was not told that the wings are seasoned prior to baking with something spicy. I had not eaten the entire day, this was around 7:30pm so i was really hungry. We waited a bit for the food but it came out hot and although they were tasty, they were too spicy for me and I couldn't eat them. The waiter told the manger, Christy who was WONDERFUL. Not only did she send another type of wing over for me very quickly, she came over and asked if the next time we came back in that she would ask the kitchen to make the roasted wings without the spicy seasoning for me. This is a rarity these days in any restaurant. We hadn't been back to Taco Mac for over a year since the last time we went the food wasn't good. Christy and her wonderful service, we'll be going back again!

Worse restaurant ever, too much buzy. If you walk down here it will kill your time. Better skip this place until and unless if you have 2-3 hour's time to have dinner!

This restaurant was amazing! Terrence was an amazing server and I'm so glad we got him! It was my first time here, and definitely not my last! I hope to come back again and get him!!
