NEVER AGAIN!

I wish I could score ZERO stars.

These pictures were taken within 2 minutes of delivery. I live within a 2 mile radius of Taco Mac.

The food was stale, old, cold, inedible and smelled like old grease. This is so repulsive and disrespectful to serve to patrons.

I guess Taco Mac has top tier liability insurance which is why they don’t care about botulism and food poisoning.

They need to be shut down to comfortably see this food, box it up, and serve it to patrons.

Extremely disappointed and I will never patronize another Taco Mac ever.

Our orders always come correctly and are tasty. We ordered through Uber so cant speak to service and atmosphere.

We come to this taco Mac regularly but this evening we had will and he was phenomenal. Never had to ask for anything and will was very attentive and engaging. Would highly recommend asking for will when you come dine.

Thank you Travis for providing plenty of NA choices! We discovered a new brewery, Go Brewing, by coming to this location. We hope to see this choice soon on the southside.

I would like to add to my review below that while I was very disappointed with my meal that my customer service experience was exceptional. Christy reached out due to my experience and was very kind, she refunded my meal and explained the change in the menu. She took further steps to provide recommendations for future orders.

This is the third time in a row that I have ordered food that I couldn’t eat. I normally order garlic parm wings, they are not supposed to be spicy but the last two times they were. This time I tried sweet sesame, doesn’t sound spicy, not described as spicy but I could not eat it.
