There are just not enough words to explain to you how incredible my experience has been with Talk of The Town! All the way around, they know what they are doing. We have had them out to cater a 400 person event two years in a row and both years they have knocked it out of the park. From menu to staff to logistics to clean-up, they get an A+.

Absolutely wonderful! From talking with Hope to get a quote, to Bob the coordinator during the wedding reception, and every single person helping to cater my daughters wedding. The one request my daughter had for the wedding was good food. Talk of the Town did just that! We had mini beef wellingtons, mac & cheese fritters, and mini caprese skewers for appetizers. Mediterranean Chicken Breast, sliced bistro beef tender, green beans and truffled mac & cheese for the buffet meal. Let me tell you....the food was DELICIOUS! There were a couple items that I had not planned for during the actual reception but, the team was willing and ready to help assist with suggestions immediately! They were focused on making sure this once in a lifetime experience for my daughter was just as beautiful as we had hoped. I would recommend Talk of the Town to anyone that will listen. They are pleasant on the phone and in person, willing to adjust the menu without complaint, they work with their customers, they offer suggestions without being pushy, very personable with the guests, thought of the small details that I did not realize, delicious food, absolute professionals!

UPDATE: We've now spoken directly to both Andrew [CEO] and Hope [Sales Director] and greatly appreciate their time, sincerity, and apologies. They have handled our complaint and situation with timeliness and grace.Original Review:My fiance and I were excited to reach out to Talk of the Town for our wedding in March of 2025, but unfortunately have now been stood up twice by the Sales Manager. We've been trying to schedule a call for 3 weeks and were informed the Sales Manager could only talk during normal business hours, so we both took time off from our jobs for a call during the day and were stood up [no call and no response to multiple emails]. We followed up 4 days later when we still received no response and got no acknowledgment of the missed appointment or apology, even when directly addressed. At this point, she was available for a weekend so we scheduled a second call on a Saturday morning and were just stood up again [no phone call and no email]. Such a disappointing showing from what looks to be a good catering company otherwise and definite missed business from us.

I know that they do most of their catering remotely, out on location, but their new event space on Canton Hwy was perfect for our group of about 65 people. TOTT was our wedding caterer and we couldn't have been happier. Hope was great to work with; she communicated clearly and efficiently to ensure that we had everything lined up just right for our big day. They were very accommodating to the gluten free needs of myself and several family members, some of which are celiac, and had great options available. We were concerned that food served on such a mass scale would result in some overcooked items, but everything was cooked just right, and was presented in such a beautiful way. Our guests raved about every type of dish served. The wait staff were all very kind and so attentive as well. 10/10 experience!
