Literally the best sushi in Georgia - if not the best sushi I have ever had in the states. Grew up going here and you get an authentic experience with FRESH sushi. ? bento box is also top notch if you’re not feeling sushi. Would recommend to anyone but be careful - Tanaka will get you hooked. Great food and very reasonable prices for what you get.

I’ve been coming to Tanaka since 2007 and it’s still one of my all-time favorites - I try to go once per week when I’m in town.
I’m a foodie and love great food experiences and sushi is one of my top categories. I’ve had the privilege of great sushi in many cities/countries including Japan and I still think Tanaka as as good as they come and a jewel for all of us who live in the area. Rice quality is superb and fish is always fresh cut from whole fish.
Pro tips - try the super crunch roll, the dynamite roll, spider roll (ask for ponzu sauce) and gindara (black miso cod) or tonkatsu.
