I’m extremely disappointed with the items I ordered for pickup.
- Thai basil fried rice with shrimp: It was bland and lacked spice, despite my request. - Pad Thai with shrimp: Similar to the fried rice, it was bland and lacked spice. - Chicken satay: It was dry and lacked flavor. - Thai ice tea: They marked it correctly but gave me fried ice cream instead, which was almost like sugar syrup and cost around $10.
I paid around $87 for the meal, but they didn’t even consider correcting the mistake. I ended up paying an additional $7 for the Thai ice tea, which was almost like sugar syrup.
I specifically told them that fried ice cream is not part of my order, and I was charged around $10. I told them it would be melted once I reach home, but they didn’t even consider those requests. See the pictures.
I will never go back to this restaurant because of their poor food quality and customer service.

Tried it out for the first time last night. 3 stars at best. Panang Curry was great, good, creamy flavor. The basil fried rice was beyond bland along with the veggie fried rice. Both were lacking lots of flavor. Crab Rangoons barely had any filling inside. Placed the order at 6:30pm, was told give them 30 mins. Showed up at 7pm and food was still not ready. Ended up getting the food around 7:30pm. I get places get busy but just tell me if it'll take long so I don't have to show up and just sit there.

Cashew chicken was absolutely fantastic! Don’t skip this dish!! Calamari was alright. Pad Thai was pretty good. Atmosphere inside was clean and alright too. BUT that Cashew Chicken is the stuff dreams are made of ;)

I was suggested this restaurant while in an Uber. I have a friend that loves Thai food and they loved the experience. The food was great. Very fresh and the presentation was great. Cashew Nut Chicken was very delicious.

Great experience at Thai Emerald! The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and really makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in. The decor is lovely – it has this cozy, yet elegant vibe, with traditional Thai accents and beautiful woodwork that creates a really warm and inviting atmosphere. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing dinner. The food is fantastic, of course, and I highly recommend the curry dishes and the chicken satay. From the attentive service to the comfortable, peaceful setting, Thai Emerald offers a truly authentic and enjoyable dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!
