Chicken has good flavor.
Sides could use some work, especially the potato salad.
Definitely will return when in the area.

Do not sleep on the Flippin Chicken!! The rotisserie chicken was amazing and so was the fried rice. I fed my family of four for less than $40 bucks. I’m not sure why I haven’t stopped in sooner but I will definitely be returning.

It's really good Rotisserie chicken but I wouldn't go as far to say it's Peruvian chicken anymore. I can tell that they're using Peruvian spices in the food, but they're only using half the amount of spices in normal Peruvian chicken. I'm pretty sure they altered the recipe to accommodate customers in the neighborhood. The aji (green sauce) wasn't spicy at all which is ironic because it's a sauce made from chilies and the mayonesa de Polleria (yellow sauce) much more garlic than traditional..... But I repeat the food is actually really good. I just cannot call it Peruvian chicken. I've been to Peru. I've had the food and that's just not quite it sorry

I walk past the door every day and have always wanted to stop by because of the delicious Peruvian food. I finally stopped by for lunch on the weekend, but what a sad surprise! I asked the counter attendant for the largest dish they had available, and he recommended the Arroz Chaufa with chicken. They serve the food in a plastic basket lined with paper. What world do these people live in that thinks it's okay to eat food mixed with paper? The rice was unseasoned, a small portion, and the chicken tasted like it was cooked in lukewarm water. If it had been cooked on the grill, as they say, at least the smoke would have flavored it... Anyway, a terrible surprise. And on top of that, there was only one person working in the kitchen, and the place was packed. They make bad food and overwork the staff.

Today I called up to the store because I was ordering on Uber Eats and didn’t see if the green sauce was available. The girl who answered was SO kind and helpful. She let me know that even if it didn’t show up on the Uber Eats menu, she would make sure I got the sauce. It was so professional and kind. I tried to call back and speak to the manager to let them know how helpful she was, but the phones were having some issues. Anyways, staff is a 10/10 and the food is amazing!

We have driven by this place many times and decided to try takeout on Saturday. We were blown away!! We ordered the 1/2 chicken meal, the salad with rotisserie chicken, and the Peruvian wings. We loved everything we ordered. Our kids, who usually only want chicken tenders, continuously asked for more of the 1/2 chicken. The Peruvian wings were THE best wings I've ever had. This evaluation is coming from someone who regularly orders wings. They were so juicy and full of flavor. We cannot wait to go back and try more items from the menu! We are so mad for not stopping sooner. This place is legit! Give it a try!

Nothing special or spectacular about the chicken but not bad either. Like this would be an ok place if you want chicken. The place is ok as well. Should be a fast food type restaurant.

This is hard because in the past every time I’ve gotten food from this place. It’s been amazing. But as of lately, it is not the same. The last two times I’ve ordered from this place is not been as good as previous months. The last time I received old chicken that taste like it was cooked two days before. And the most recent time the chicken had no flavor. And the sauce tasted like somebody poured water into it to make it stretch. Very disappointing because I know that the food here is amazing. But I think whoever has been in the kitchen lately is just slipping.

Had driven by this restaurant and decided to go out of our way today to give it a try. I must say, we are so glad that we did. I had the Chicken tenders and my wife tried the rice and chicken bowl. I must say that we are connoisseurs of chicken tenders and these do not disappoint. They are lightly breaded, which was a plus. The breading/chicken was perfectly spiced and cooked. The white meat was tender and juicy. The rice bowl was fantastic. Obviously, super fresh ingredients used. Be sure to try the Peruvian yellow sauce with the chicken tenders or the rice bowl. It’s difficult to describe the taste , but it is the perfect compliment to the chicken. As a side note…try the plantains. Delicious! The restaurant was very clean also and staff is super friendly. Next time we go we will save room for dessert because their choices look amazing. Thanks Flippin Chicken from a chicken tenders guy!

I went last week Sunday , The man at the counter did something I never encountered before . I gave a 20 my change consisted of a 5, a 1, and change . Now he’s a very tall guy , and his tip cup is a clear drinking cup . I say you didn’t give me change , I served for many years and I would have given 6 singles , so I look at the tip jar whilst he’s looking confused . And I say you have 4 dollars I take the 4 put in 5 and the 1 , I walk away he calls me back over to see something . This gentleman manually opens my hand, while saying he knew had 4 dollars . A five is more than four dollars once he saw that , wouldn’t have that been enough ? Also just count the money I haven’t had gotten the meal yet, check the tip jar while I’m getting water . I wouldn’t risk losing a meal for a 4 dollar slight of hand.
I came in excited to try Peruvian chicken , left after being profiled .
So yea thanks.
Didn’t even eat the food, I’ve been privileged to say I haven’t felt racism till this.
Guess I met one of the 55% . I deleted a review 3 times bc my foreign parents owned a small shop, i felt the same weight of being othered , when my father scolded me for not selling food to a person who didn’t have enough money. Do better
