This Human Bean location on Holcomb Bridge Road holds such a special place in my heart. Not only is the customer service amazing, but it’s also where my partner and I take our dogs on family walks to get their pup cups. I recently had to say goodbye to one of my babies after 14 wonderful years, and this was our last stop together for his pup cup. The staff was so kind and compassionate during such a hard moment, and I’ll forever be grateful for their warmth and care. Not to mention, the food and drinks are incredible—and those little chocolate-covered beans on the cups are my absolute favorite! ❤️🐾

I really do love The Human Bean! Most of the time it’s a 10/10, chef's kiss experience. The drinks are great, the staff is friendly, and nine times out of ten everything is absolutely fantastic.
That said, every once in a while there’s a miss. Sometimes they forget to scan my app or provide a receipt, and today my “no ice” drink came only about 3/4 full. It’s frustrating when you’re paying premium prices and expect consistency.
Still, it’s not a deal breaker for me—I’ll keep coming back, but I do hope they tighten up on those details.

some of the best coffee, best customer service and cutest atmosphere I have ever experienced in a really long time! i’m from out of town and I love trying different coffee shops so I wanted to just pop over to this one since it was a drive-through and pretty easy 11 out of 10 experience and 11 out of 10 for the coffee!
