This Human Bean location on Holcomb Bridge Road holds such a special place in my heart. Not only is the customer service amazing, but it’s also where my partner and I take our dogs on family walks to get their pup cups. I recently had to say goodbye to one of my babies after 14 wonderful years, and this was our last stop together for his pup cup. I really do love The Human Bean! Most of the time it’s a 10/10, chef's kiss experience. The drinks are great, the staff is friendly, and nine times out of ten everything is absolutely fantastic.

That said, every once in a while there’s a miss. Sometimes they forget to scan my app or provide a receipt, and today my “no ice” drink came only about 3/4 full. It’s frustrating when you’re paying premium prices and expect consistency.

some of the best coffee, best customer service and cutest atmosphere I have ever experienced in a really long time! i’m from out of town and I love trying different coffee shops so I wanted to just pop over to this one since it was a drive-through and pretty easy 11 out of 10 experience and 11 out of 10 for the coffee!
