I went to this melting pot for the first time with my boyfriend on a busy night our waiter who's name has slipped my mind but I remover we talked about the new movie iron lung briefly he was perfect well mannered, sociable and witty everything was amazing thank you kitchen staff and waiter who's name I forgot for a super fun night 😎.

Food was good although the service was far from great. Expect a long dinner being fondue of course but took over 2 hours 45 minutes due to poor service. Celebrated daughter's bday so not great to have a server that clearly would rather be anywhere but at work disappearing for long periods of time.

We enjoyed lunch on New Year's Eve day at the Roswell Melting Pot. Excellent service by Sydney! Cheese fondue, entree fondue with a variety of meats and seafood, dark chocolate raspberry fondue with so many things to dunk: pound cake, brownie bites, strawberries, bananas, rice crispy treats. In between a yummy salad. Truly delightful afternoon.

Meal started wonderfully. Then a couple with 3 kids were put in a table behind me. The baby started screaming, the 3 year old cried and whined loudly, and the restaurant was crowded so it took a long time to get my check and get away from all the screaming and complaining. I have 2 adult children - I'm not anti child. But maybe this is not a great place for families with little kids. Or they could have been sat somewhere else vs sat across from a solo diner. It killed the whole vibe that started so wonderfully

This has been our Christmas Eve tradition for 20 years and it is always amazing!! Sydney took great care of us and the food amazing!! We were seated in the very back of the restaurant which was not ideal especially since I made this reservation in early October. Overall still a great experience!!

Delicious food but management needs to tell employees its rude to be having loud conversations with other guest. There are customers trying to celebrate anniversaries etc.

I’ve been coming to this Melting Pot location for over 20 years, and tonight was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had here. Our waitress herself was perfectly nice — this isn’t about her attitude — but the service felt extremely uneven. She spent triple the amount of time talking to the table directly behind us, loudly and at length, while our own table was left waiting again and again. It was distracting and made us feel like an afterthought.
Then things got worse when it was time to pay. This restaurant advertises itself as cashless, yet we were told we couldn’t use tap-to-pay on our phones. In 2025, most people — including us — rarely carry physical cards anymore. What exactly are guests supposed to do if they walk in with a mobile wallet, like almost everyone uses today? If I didn’t happen to have one physical card tucked in my bag, we would have been completely stuck.
After two decades of coming here, I’m honestly disappointed at how far the experience has slipped. I hope management pays attention, because this used to be a reliable, special place for us — and tonight it absolutely was not.

We had the best server, Jill, so personable, so friendly, and excellent at her job. She made sure we had everything we needed at all times. I had the most incredible dining experience tonight at The Melting Pot! Seriously, the food was absolutely outstanding, truly a culinary masterpiece. But what really made the night unforgettable was our server, Jillian. She was an absolute gem, so attentive and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. Jillian went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect experience, offering fantastic recommendations. I felt so well taken care of throughout the entire meal. It's rare to find service that matches such amazing food so perfectly. I honestly can't recommend Jillian and The Melting Pot enough for a special night out!
