Went for Christmas dinner this year, and it was AWESOME. The holiday menu was specially selected for the occasion, and was fantastic. My wife had the holiday cocktails and was quite pleased with them. Service was top-notch. We go here every year for her birthday, and now we may just be adding a new Xmas tradition. Great job, guys!

The food is amazing but unfortunately the service is so slow. Went for unlimited chocolate and friends had the cheese and unlimited chocolate. It takes an hour to just get one course. So after 3 hrs (one serving of cheese and 2 servings of chocolate) you’re just done waiting. I took my kids here a few months ago for the unlimited chocolate and service was so slow again. Love the food but having to wait 1 hr is just ridiculous. You think they would want to turn the tables faster.

I'm writing here to flag an issue to the manager about the St. Jude promotion. We were told that we would receive $100 gift card if we donated $50. We were not told about any of the conditions attached to the gift cards before we paid. To our dismay, on the way out the door they gave us 3 separate gift cards, to use with a minimum purchase of $100 each in 3 visits from Jan-August 2025. If we had been given the specifics of the gift card, we would not have participated. We were led to believe we would just get a $100 gift card of we donated. Therefore, the way the promotion was presented was very deceiving. I'm writing to flag to the managers to please make sure the staff is fully explaining the conditions of the promotion before the customer pays, so that they know what they are receiving and so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Thank you.

Not gonna lie...we had kind of stopped going to The Melting Pot other than our traditional Santa visit due to very mediocre-at-bedt service. WELL....a young woman named Jay changed all that! We had the best service we've ever had at not just any Melting Pot..but any restaurant! She was amazing!! Because of her we got to try things we never even knew we're options...simple change ups...but they made a huge difference.
To top off her great service in general, Jay was awesome with our very talkative and inquisitive little boy! He couldn't stop talking about her, too.
Also..we go every year for Santa visit and were sad to see a new Santa this year...UNTIL he came to our table and interacted with our little guy! "St. Mick" (aka Michael...one of Santa's Helpers was like (as a friend said upon seeing the video) having Mr. Rogers play Santa.

Went for a special occasion and the service ruined the experience. Very unfortunate because this restaurant is supposed to be a fun, exciting experience but the service really makes a difference. I hope that management encourages the staff to do better, be kinder, and act like they enjoy serving their customers.

Let me start off by saying how awesome our waitress Shelby was! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She was awesome and super attentive the whole night. Thank you for making this experience a 10/10. If I were you, request Shelby's section if you want the best service. Now that that is done, the review. The food was great, the atmosphere was awesome. I would highly recommend The Melting Pot as a good place for date night, double date, a celebration, or just a good, fun time at dinner.
Great food .... nice family or date night place ... did full experience + drinks enjoyed it all ... only complaint wish portions were a little bit bigger.... either way great place definitely will be back

We had the most amazing time! I brought my 5 and 6 year old. Our server, Madi, was a gem. She is the reason we will continue come back. She made it so easy to enjoy the evening, even with kids! Make sure that you ask for her when you come in!

Great selections and service. Asst manager Raymond even took a picture of us so we could remember our birthday celebration. Server was superb-she was busy but never seemed to lose focus or make us feel we were a bother. Very pleasurable personality and great service.
The only disappointment was the restaurant substituting a bottle of wine from one vineyard with another without disclosing. Not good. Also not good was requesting a quiet table and being placed two tables away from loud children.

Had reserved for a party of 12, 7 days before the event. The person who I spoke to a week ago had told us it would be a party room. Walked into as unenthusiastic greeter at 4 pm. They made us wait for 20 minutes. Told us couldn’t let us sit until most of the party showed up. Even though we had made reservations a week ago!
The waitress was another unenthusiastic employee who served us cheese fondue with worcestershire sauce . Even though we had told her it needed to be vegetarian. It seemed like she didn’t know that vegetarians dont consume fish oil! She was displeased to have had to redo the fondue. We ended up getting billed for it anyway. Which I didn’t appreciate.
