The Melting Pot is a wonderful restaurant for a special night out! The food is amazing! Be sure to plan enough time to enjoy the process of making fondue for the experience. Service at this restaurant in Roswell is hit or miss. We will definitely be back!

We have been loyal guests of The Melting Pot for the past 29 years. It’s been a beloved tradition in our family—one we’ve shared with our parents during their annual visits and introduced to countless friends. We’ve celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, and other special milestones here, always trusting it would be a memorable experience.
Unfortunately, our most recent visit on June 9th, 2025 was deeply disappointing and felt like a shadow of what The Melting Pot used to be. The quality of the food has declined significantly. The cheese fondue, usually a highlight, was runny and barely warm, and the bread served with it was cold and stale. Overall, the food was far from what we’ve come to expect—truly mediocre at best.
What made matters worse was the service. Our server seemed unprepared, dropping food multiple times and leaving the table messy. For a birthday celebration, the attention to detail and care we were hoping for was completely missing. The server didn’t even go over the fondue process, which has always been part of the experience and charm.
This visit felt like a complete letdown. For a place we’ve loved and supported for nearly three decades, it’s heartbreaking to say we left feeling cheated—both in terms of the quality and the overall experience. Sadly, I can now say I could have made a better meal myself at home, and I’m not even a seasoned cook.
We truly hope this feedback prompts some reflection. The Melting Pot used to feel special. We’d love to see it return to the standard that made it such a cherished part of our lives.

This Melting Pot never disappoints. Our server Sydney is kind and caring and created a memorable experience for me and my 2 boys ages 10 and 7. The quality food standard at this particular location is a cut above the others in the Atlanta metro. For these reasons we continue to come back again and again.

Enjoyed special Tea party menu but the “Bee's Tea” was not as pictured on the website. It was served in a small paper cup. Other than that, food and service was very good.

Always enjoy the food at Melting Pot but have to admit our service was not good this time. Felt rushed and the presentation of the food was very sloppy. Didn't appreciate her attitude the entire night. It was an off night. We will be back because we love the Melting Pot experience though.
