This is not a review of their food. On Thanksgiving morning I placed a breakfast order on their website. I received an email telling me approximately what time to pick up my order. I arrived there (Roswell), only to see a hand written sign stating they were closed. They took my money, but they were closed. I called the restaurant to inform them and was told the manager would be back on Monday to assist. I work during the week, but I called several times with no response. When someone did answer the phone, they hung up before I could tell them anything. So, I drove there again only to realize they close 30 minutes earlier than posted online. My order was 40+ dollars and I still have not been refunded yet. I am pretty sure I will not order from here again

We came to eat here for the first time but ended up walking out because the service was terrible. First the worker walked in as we were behind them, and they didn't hold the door open. We walked in and no one hosting, we were told to sit wherever. Most of the tables were dirty including the one we sat at- which was one of the cleaner tables. The worker threw menus at us without saying anything at all, not even introducing himself or letting us know a server would be with us soon and we decided to go somewhere else after that- because if the service is that bad, how bad is the kitchen? very dirty restaurant anyway. Not a good experience at all.

Its's a diner...so typical Formica table tops and red booths...all good...ordered an omelet, a side of bacon to share...they put on my plate? The three egg omelet as fine, nothing better than home (actually worse), the bacon good, the toast seemed barely toasted and I was given a tiny little vile orange marmalade for two pieces of barely toasted cold toast?...NOTE: Not everyone likes orange marmalade. Extensive menu and thought I had ordered one of the safest options...for other much the same, the Belgian wafflle arrived cool...would I go back? Maybe but not for breakfast. 3 people....too pricey for the experience.

Really disappointed in the service I received this morning. The food was brought out at all different points. My youngest child's food was delivered last. The hash I had was cold and there was a hair in it. I requested to speak with a manager. The server came back out and asked what my problem was. If I ask to speak with a manager I expect to speak to one. I was told that my child's pancakes was mistakenly made with chocolate chips, and they had to remake it. Really bad service should have just brought it out. Will not be returning.

Been here multiple times. Have always brought guests with me. Arrived at 8 am at opening. The rugs had not been cleaned and the floor was covered in crumbs. The food was not as good as has it has been in the past and don't even get me started on our server this morning. How many times do you have to ask for a to go box and a separate check. She also forgot to put in a to go order until the very end when we were ready to leave.

We always love thumbs up. I love trying something different on their menue every time and today I got the French toast double dip....the pieces were massive! Deliciousness all around. Great fast and welcoming service. It's just about the only place other than WAHO that my mom and I can trust to have time in the morning to eat before our work starts because they are always fast and polite and delicious 🥰 Thank you!

Food here is incredible. Service is friendly. Atmosphere is typical diner. Some outdoor seating is available. Wide selection on the menu. Reasonably priced. Do yourself a favor and stop by!

My wife was in the store and sat at the bar but no one would server her. Another person came in a few minutes after my wife and was served immediately. This prompted my wife to leave as it was obvious that she was not welcome.
We have been customers here for a long time and never had a problem like this one.

I took my wife, daughter, and daughter's friend to Thumbs Up Diner. The restaurant was full, but we got a table outside. Our server was Melissa. She was very attentive, and her service was excellent. Everyone but me got an omelet. I got the special. 2 eggs, grits, sausage and 2 pancakes. The 2 pancakes were the size of the plate. Again, Melissa made this an enjoyable breakfast, and the food was very good.
