amazing 100% recommend service great food amazing prices crazy by far best sushi/hibachi i have ever been to
I ordered a lot of sushi and added two orders of hibachi. All that was delivered was two orders of hibachi for Uber eats. I called and they were less than helpful and almost argumentative about their mistake.
Best value in the land. Great service as well.
My son LOVED this restaurant. He had seen an online video about Hibachi cooking and asked if there was a place we could go. With a little research, we came up with this little Gem, hidden in Shopping Center off Highway 92. It was a bit confusing to find. One address said Woodstock Rd. and another said Alabama Rd. Turns out it sits in the Shopping Center at the red light where Alabama Rd changes names to Woodstock Rd, so both are correct. There are four Hibachi grills. This was not a problem. There is also regular restaurant seating for those not wanting the hibachi experience. We were seated immediately and but a very short wait before three more kids and an adult arrived to join us. The whole social distancing thing was observed without it being intrusive. I noticed that there were three hibachi grills occupied, with a total of 10 children spread among them. Definitely Popular with the young’uns. All the kids were mesmerized by the FLAMES, especially the Onion Volcano! (see pics). My son enjoyed learning to eat with Chopsticks. The trick for those with little hands is to not break them apart. Was pleasantly surprised by two things: First: the taste of the food was Excellent. My son is usually a picky eater when it comes to something “new”. While a taste of Mom’s sushi was not to his liking, his Hibachi Steak, Salmon and real Fried Rice was CONSUMED. Second: This location was having a 40% off Grand Opening Special. While the Hibachi Experience can be pricey, my bill was a pleasant ending to our dining out. Even throwing in a $20 Tip for Excellent service our evening out was about $80. That was for 3 Hibachi dinners, a plate of Sushi and drinks! I’ve paid more for bland Mexican night out. I know we will go back. Before we were even finished with dinner, my son said “Dad! We just gotta bring Grandmother, here!! Final thought. While I have seen more “Showy” Hibachi , the chefs here definitely played to the kids. And seemed to enjoy doing so. How often does your kid voluntarily put down his Electronic Babysitter to watch somebody “cook”?And the food was good enough for my “Picky Eater”. What more can you ask for?
Great staff and the food was delicious!!!
This place needs major renovation and overhaul. Dingiest place we’ve been too in a long time and they tell you 3 times they will charge 18% gratuity on full price. That’s ok we normally tip 20% so that was a savings :). Food was very average and wife threw up just after. Bad!!!
We had dinner last week and it is no longer good. We thought it had declined this last time we went, but after this last visit we won't return again. The fried rice was mushy, the vegetables seemed like frozen veggies out of a bag. The meat was low quality. Even the ginger and yum yum sauce tasted different, poor quality. We barely touched our food, didn't want to eat it. My guess is this place won't be around much longer, such a shame as it was once very good.
