The workers began playing incredibly inappropriate and vulgar music while we were in the store, when asked to stop we were told to “pipe down” and they could play what they want, continued to be rude and played sexual songs while my girlfriend and her other female friends were in the store. Incredibly rude staff, will not be returning ever, and would not ever recommend anyone go either. This happened August 15th at 7:00.

First time here wanted to get an Açaí bowl and I asked the cashier lady which one do you recommend smoothie or acai here ? Which one is most popular?. She said Both are alright then I asked okay which one is your favorite she said I don’t like either. I don’t like anything here she said. I end up getting an açaí and it was SUPER SMALL! For two açaís was $20 bucks. Was not worth it.

I absolutely love how tropical smoothie has been incorporating vegan options into their menu with vegan protein and wraps! I got the avocolada with a veggie wrap without cheese. The only downside was I found a piece of chicken in the wrap.
Still an amazing restaurant, just keep an eye out!
