I went during their grand opening a month or so ago and am catching up on making my review. They hired a balloon artist to make free balloon animals for everykne which was a standout experience for me. I've been back multiple times since then and the staff has been courteous and timely. It's also right next to my gym and sprouts which is convenient for me.

One of the first customers and got the free smoothies for a year. Placed two orders. Bought some food and got a free smoothie with deal they had. And tried to use my free smoothie reward to get my free smoothie for my son. They denied it saying I could only use 1 coupon a day even though they were different orders and different coupons. It doesn't state this anywhere in terms and conditions. Whelp. I'll only just be stopping by for just my free smoothies now I guess...🙄

Super clean and spacious restaurant making it the perfect place for me to catch up with some old friends. The new drink (apple pie paradie) was perfect for autumn weather; literally an apple pie in a cup. The staff was very nice and made the order within seconds. Definitely would come back!
I can’t say enough good things about this Tropical Smoothie Cafe — it’s easily one of the best I’ve ever been to. The place is spotless, the service is fast, and the energy is always positive. You can tell the team here actually cares about what they’re doing.
The smoothies are consistently fresh and perfectly blended — no weird chunks of ice or watered-down flavor like you sometimes get elsewhere. I’ve tried a handful of different items from the menu, and every single one has come out just right. The food is great too — warm, fresh, and exactly what you want when you’re looking for something quick but still healthy.
A big shoutout to Alfred, the owner. He runs this place with flying colors. You can feel his presence in the way the staff treats people — friendly, efficient, and genuinely kind. Alfred clearly takes pride in his business, and it shows in every detail, from the cleanliness of the store to how smoothly everything runs even during the lunch rush. He’s the kind of owner who greets you with a smile, remembers regulars by name, and makes you feel like your business actually matters.
If every Tropical Smoothie Cafe were run like this one, they’d have a line out the door every day. Highly recommend!

Their smoothies are good but their food is not. Their sweet potatoes look like their frozen and just warmed up when ordered. They warn up sandwiches with lettuce on them... Who does that? We won't be back. Would not recommend unless you're just getting a smoothie.
