Service was cheerful and attentive without bothering us. Roswell was missing a spot such as this...upscale yet enjoyably fun and relaxing. Farm to table is always a nice touch and I look forward to a changing menu.

This is a beautiful restaurant and the way the food is prepared and presented is artistic... But be prepared to spend two times as much as you would at other fine dining restaurants. I had two drinks, scallops, and dessert and spent $95. My friend had the prefix and two drinks and spent $175. There were three scallops in my bowl. They asked if we wanted bread for the table. We had three people, and they brought us one piece of bread that was about the size of a slice of loaf bread. It was delicious and the citrus butter that was homemade to go with it was delicious as well. But it was weird to share one piece of bread among three people. The dessert was beautiful... And tiny. Basically everything is tiny and you pay twice as much for it (and also get half as much as you would elsewhere). I guess you would say this is more like eating food art I felt very snobby being in there! I think this is a place that you go for the experience as well as the food.

We've come to TBT twice now for the prix fixe, excellent both times, and once for cocktails and a la carte bites (great outdoor patio seating area during the nicer seasons!). Attentive service and excellent food across all of the courses served, interesting and tasty cocktail selection, and a well-curated wine list. The prix fixe worth the splurge for special occasions, and the menu did change between our first and second visits (perhaps seasonally or based on provider availabilities), but very good both times.

What a lovely and unique experience. We did the tasting menu and highly recommend the splurge. Staff was amazing. Can't wait for warmer weather to go and sit on the patio.

Beautiful new restaurant in Roswell. Warm greeting as we came in for dinner. I was glad I'd made reservations, Truth Be Told is cozy and had steady business. We waited for our guests to arrive with expertly crafted cocktails. Not everyone at out party wanted to commit to the pre fix menu however, my wife and I have already decided to come back to try it. We had Wagu Waffle cones, lobster toast homemade bread and truffle popcorn to start. My sister commented that the menu was eclectic yet still approachable which was apply put. Fish of the moment, lamb and the “Ripper in a Tux” we split for entrees. Portions were moderate and came with a few complimentary sides. With the changing menu and friendly staff, Truth Be Told is a restaurant we will be having more culinary adventures in the future.

Such a great dinner tonight. Roswell finally has another solid spot to enjoy. Dessert was good, but a few more options and a more creative presentation would make it perfect.

I really really wanted to absolutely LOVE this place. We liked it a lot, they're definitely on to something. Every bite was delicious, the Black Sesame Gibson martini was amazing and balanced, the wine pairing was on point and they had some very cool presentations for the courses. The Cordyceps were the star of the show imo. However, for the amount of money we spent I felt slightly underwhelmed and (dare I say) still a little hungry when we got home. The pros were: Taste, presentation, cocktail menu, unique and rare foods and an overall fun experience. The cons were: It took over an hour for any food to hit the table. I think the fresh bread course or anything should've come out a little sooner. A lot of the pre-fixe menu options are an additional upcharge (most of them). It made me feel like ordering one that didn't have a price increase would be subpar. They served the men first. Call me old school but the birthday girl and the other female shouldn't have been served last for any course, let alone multiple times. While I completely love and appreciate local farming, the baby carrot course was almost insulting. There wasn't even a carrot for each of us and they were smaller than a child's pinky finger. Lastly, the valet came to our table at 7:45pm and informed us he was leaving, so we stopped, got the keys and tipped him out. Not a huge deal but when we're having a meal to the tune of $1k+ it seemed tacky. We truly enjoyed the evening but wanted to give some honest feedback. It's obvious there is love and thought for this food and in this restaurant, I just think a little more substance for the price would have guests leaving more fulfilled. This def seems like it wants to be a Buckhead type vibe with the pricing and small portions. We truly hope they make it on Canton St. in Roswell, GA.

Deeply Disappointing Experience for a $250 Prix Fixe I really wanted to love this restaurant, but our experience was nowhere near worth the $250 per person price tag for the prix fixe with wine pairing. For that cost, you expect exceptional quality, thoughtful service, and at the very least, food that doesn't have to be sent back. Unfortunately, that's not what we got. The fish course was so off-putting that both my friend and I had to send it back. Mistakes happen — but what shocked us was that no substitute or even an apology were offered. At this price point, that's just unacceptable. Even worse, the overall quality of the ingredients throughout the meal felt more mid-tier than luxury. Nothing about the dishes justified the cost, and the wine pairing felt like an afterthought rather than a curated experience. The real tipping point? Both of us became extremely sick afterward. We reached out to the restaurant privately to let them know so they could look into it in case other guests were affected. They never responded. No concern or follow-up. For a restaurant charging premium prices, the lack of care, quality, and accountability is astonishing. I can't recommend this place, and I truly hope they take feedback more seriously in the future.

We did the pre fix menu and boy, did it outdo itself! I am a huge foodie and everything chef prepared blew me away. With the pre fix you get to choose 1 appetizer 1 main 1 dessert and then chef gifts you 3 or 4 additional coarses/ bites. 100% worth every penny. Will be returning with friends for a fun night out. The dinner does take 3 hours from start to finish so give yourself some extra time, but also it doesn't feel long at all. Me and my fiancé had a fabulous time with our helpful server José!

Excellent outstanding atmosphere - a perfect place for a special celebration if you like high end food and go with the suggested menu (which is rather expensive). We chose ordering a la carte and thought Portions for that are too small.

Truth Be Told is such a beautiful spot in Roswell! The front patio, covered porch, dining room, and bar are all gorgeous, you can tell a lot of thought went into every detail. We'd been before just for drinks, but this was our first full dinner, and it completely blew us away. We went with the Fall prix fixe menu, and every single dish was amazing. The small bites were packed with flavor, and the main courses were next-level. The fallow deer and snow beef were both incredible. The whole experience took about 3.5 hours, but honestly, it flew by. Each course felt intentional, and it was so cool to see the chef's vision come together. This isn't just dinner - it's an experience, and one that feels really special for Roswell. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!

This is a gem!! We had a large group meet there for dinner and it was an exemplary experience! The service was top notch. The chef and wait staff made sure to take great care of us. The food was delicious, make sure to get the lobster toast!! It was also beautiful, great interior design. I can't wait to return.
