Celebrating my 75th birthday in an intimate room at Truth Be Told with my family and friends was truly a "knock it out of the park" experience. From the expert service staff to the decadent desserts, everything was superb. Executive Chef Matt Marcus and his team of professionals curated a culinary experience that my guests and I will long remember. The beef, ahi tuna, salmon, fingerling potatoes, and baby radishes with goat cheese were exceptional, as were the mini challah and flax breads. Thank you, Truth Be Told, for providing such an excellent and memorable experience.

Glad we went but probably won't go back to eat. Maybe would go for drinks... nice bar and outside space. For Roswell this is a different experience, but we thought it was only OK compared to many other “elevated” experiences we have had. The manager and owner came around to the tables, and our waiter was responsive to some service issues... Flat bubbly, music a bit too loud for conversation. As for the food... The pre-course appetizer-bites were interesting. And the first and main courses were cooked and presented well... though portions are on the smaller side. Dessert was mixed...fantastic tiramisu, terrible apple thing. Unfortunately half the menu requires an up-charge. And many of the dishes had a hot spice in them which was not forewarned, is not for every palate and in our opinion overshadowed the delicate flavors that were being featured.

Hands down the best staff experience I've ever had at a restaurant. With the tasting menu, you interacting with multiple staff members and we also arrived early and sat at the bar. Everyone was so friendly and was truly a large addition to the night. The food was fantastic, drinks were tasty and innovative.

Truth Be Told was hands-down the best overall dining experience I have had in a long time! What a whimsical gem! We enjoyed the prix fixe menu and were pleasantly surprised by this tantalizing trip through Flavor Town! All the staff was engaging and cared about our experience at their restaurant. The owner, Jonathan, spent time with us at the table...what a pleasure! I'm shouting from the mountain top...get your reservation and prepare to be blown away!

Went there on Valentine's Day and once we were seated the server let us know that the 7 course tasting would be consolidated into 4 because they were busy. Nothing on their website or open table said anything about a different menu. We got to pick a starter, main and desert and the chef picks the other one. At least half the choices were an up charge and that's what they concentrate on when describing the choices. The chef's choice was a bird cage with a selection of small cocktail bites. The main was one strip of steak with a side of mashed potato's and 2 tiny carrots. Desert a piece of chocolate and starter a small shaved brussel sprout salad for a $10 up charge. Presentations were just ordinary. Pretty much a waste of money.

When i called to confirm , they mentioned that the $115 pp included alcohol but when we showed up, the menu stated different. The portions were small and the only course i sort of liked was the main course (but the fish amount was about 2 ounces !!!). The salad was just basic and the dessert was a block of white chocolate that was impossible to cut . The drinks were ok. It was a very expensive experience for why we got . We will not be recommending it or going back . Disappointing

Chloe was the best waitress. We are huge foodies, and I felt for the price it was subpar. The drinks were my least favorite part, but the A5 was exceptional. We did the prefix, but unfortunately almost everything on the menu had an up charge. We eat out frequently, and I don't know if this would make it “on the list”.

A culinary experience...not just a meal. My second visit to Truth Be Told and it won't be the last. The menu is constantly changing so that the 7 course meal is almost never the same although there have been several features that have been holdovers throughout the short history of the restaurant. Everything was outstanding including the warm and knowledgeable staff. Put this on the top of your restaurant wish list.

Such a unique experience! 1000% worth it. The food is amazing but the service is bar none.

The new upscale restaurant in downtown Roswell, Truth be Told offers diners an adventure in eating., offering an à la cart menu and or a prix fixe experience. We chose the latter and were offered 7 very unique courses from a tower of appetizers to after dinner drinks. All were exceptional. The choices for the main course included an A5 Japanese beef which I was eager to try. All in all the service was impeccable, the food was interesting and overall the evening was delightful. Next time, I'll order from the à la carte menu.

Service was cheerful and attentive without bothering us. Roswell was missing a spot such as this...upscale yet enjoyably fun and relaxing. Farm to table is always a nice touch and I look forward to a changing menu.

This is a beautiful restaurant and the way the food is prepared and presented is artistic... But be prepared to spend two times as much as you would at other fine dining restaurants. I had two drinks, scallops, and dessert and spent $95. My friend had the prefix and two drinks and spent $175. There were three scallops in my bowl. They asked if we wanted bread for the table. We had three people, and they brought us one piece of bread that was about the size of a slice of loaf bread. It was delicious and the citrus butter that was homemade to go with it was delicious as well. But it was weird to share one piece of bread among three people. The dessert was beautiful... And tiny. Basically everything is tiny and you pay twice as much for it (and also get half as much as you would elsewhere). I guess you would say this is more like eating food art I felt very snobby being in there! I think this is a place that you go for the experience as well as the food.

We've come to TBT twice now for the prix fixe, excellent both times, and once for cocktails and a la carte bites (great outdoor patio seating area during the nicer seasons!). Attentive service and excellent food across all of the courses served, interesting and tasty cocktail selection, and a well-curated wine list. The prix fixe worth the splurge for special occasions, and the menu did change between our first and second visits (perhaps seasonally or based on provider availabilities), but very good both times.
