Excellent outstanding atmosphere - a perfect place for a special celebration if you like high end food and go with the suggested menu (which is rather expensive). We chose ordering a la carte and thought Portions for that are too small.

This is a gem!! We had a large group meet there for dinner and it was an exemplary experience! The service was top notch. The chef and wait staff made sure to take great care of us. The food was delicious, make sure to get the lobster toast!! It was also beautiful, great interior design. I can't wait to return.

Wow—we had a girls night out here, and everything about it was lovely. Jerlisa (sp?) who is usually a bartender was our server and we loved her! The restaurant and food are beautiful. The cocktails were amazing. We did the price fixe menu and loved everything we had. The service was the best I’ve had anywhere. Jonathan (owner) was very kind and checked on us several times throughout the night. What a great place!

TBT's one of those unicorn restaurants, not many of them in this neck of the woods. We came for both the prix fixe and drinks/a la carte, both experiences were top shelf. I'd say pretty comparable to some of the Michelin-starred restaurants in the latest American South guide that we've tried, so would not be surprised if they get at least a mention in the next edition of the guide...

Truth Be Told is an exceptional and refreshing addition to the North Fulton dining scene—there’s truly nothing else like it. My husband and I usually have to head into Atlanta for this kind of experiential dining, so we’re thrilled to have a spot nearby offering that same level of creativity and sophistication.
The restaurant itself is stunning, with incredible attention to detail in both the design and ambiance. The concept is unique: you select three courses, and the chef curates seven inspired dishes based on your choices. Every ingredient and flavor combination felt intentional, fresh, and perfectly balanced.
Service was attentive and knowledgeable, and we appreciated that the owner stopped by our table to personally check in and chat about the restaurant’s vision—it added a genuine, welcoming touch.
If you enjoy exceptional food, beautiful presentation, and a truly memorable dining experience, you’ll want to check out Truth Be Told.

This was by far, the best dining experience I've ever had. Me and my wife came here to celebrate us getting married and we were not disappointed. Our server José made this by far, one of the most special nights ever. I will definitely be coming back here soon!

Overall we enjoyed our experience at Truth Be Told. The flavors of the apps and entree were great. The dessert and some of the smaller bites were less impressive. I think that when you are paying $100+ pp for a tasting, you should not have to share the one bites or bread. Its seems silly to have to split a single tomato and radish between two people, just give two. We had the burrata and ceviche, both very good. And the tenderloin and crab pasta, also a hit. Took a little long to get the appetizers rolling but overall a fun experience

My wife and I love a fun exciting tasting menu every so often and Truth Be Told delivered! We dined outside and the ambiance was perfect. The varying dining areas give a different vibe in each but yet are very cohesive. It’s gorgeous right down to the bathroom. We found the staff, from Jose as our waiter to Jeremiah as the valet, to be super friendly. We were well taken care of without feeling like we were being hovered over- a fine balance! Everyone seemed to enjoy their job which relays to the guests. Chef Matthew’s food was creatively thought out and we enjoyed his visit to our table to tell him so! I’m not a bread person but the seeded bread and butter was to die for- so simple but stunning in flavor and texture. I felt a dish or two could have been balanced a bit better with acidity and the wagyu a bit less chewy but overall we loved the food. I’ll never see baby radishes or red begonias the same again! YUM! We feel this is a perfect 2 hour date night experience to try OTP!

Impressive spread from start to finish. My husband and I enjoyed our experience from the amuse bouche to the bon bon finish. The steak was fantastic and I was pleasantly surprised that they had true Wagyu from Japan as an option, and I loved the local vegetables to complement the experience.
Was super excited to visit this restaurant. Our experience was something like this: The ambience was brilliant, the staff were amazing, now onto the food: Exceptionally underwhelming, we are a foodie family and have enjoyed food in many parts of the world , I love pretty food, which this was but super underwhelming to say the least. Let’s not get into the price where you can expect to pay at least $400 for two, I have no issue paying good money for good food, but this was a real disappointment. Stand outs was the bread and the very tasty apple tart dessert.

What can I say but that this was one the most enjoyable dinners I've had in a while. We have done fine dining all over the global and it was such a treat to find this gem so close to us. Our party of 4 had the prix fix menu and everything was fantastic from the food to the service and ambience. Our waiter Jose was wonderful at explaining everything on the menu and engaging throughout the evening. Jonathan, the owner, stopped by our table several times throughout the meal which made the experience even more personable. He did a great job remodeling the space and taking care of the patrons. We will be back to try out the ala carte menu and enjoy the lovely outdoor seating area. Highly recommend to anyone.

Woohoo! A chef-driven tasting menu has finally landed OTP. Truth Be Told delivers 7 playful courses at a refreshingly reasonable price point in downtown Roswell, paired with excellent service (s/o to Jose!).
Highlights? The bread-and-butter course was a standout (my personal weakness), the baby veggies were surprisingly delightful, and the trio of amuse bouches set the tone beautifully. The goat cheese terrine was tasty, though it begged for a bit more texture to balance all that richness. The exquisitely plated fish was just a touch overcooked, but still solid overall, while my husband thoroughly enjoyed both the beef tongue & tri-tip. Honorable mentions go to the pickled squash, parsnip puree, & strawberry dessert.
Where things fell short for us was the cocktail program - casual drinkers may enjoy them, but as fans of spirit-forward, complex, balanced pours, we found the three we tried a touch too sweet.
All in all, it’s a fantastic date-night spot, and we’re already looking forward to coming back in the fall to soak up the patio vibes!

What an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the service is exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuine without ever being overbearing. The menu is outstanding, with creative dishes that strike the perfect balance between comfort and refinement. Every plate feels thoughtfully prepared, and the flavors speak for themselves.
The drinks and cocktail menu are just as impressive — inventive, balanced, and crafted with the same care as the food. Whether you’re after a classic done right or something a little more adventurous, the bar delivers in every way.
Truth Be Told has truly raised the bar in Roswell dining. Michelin, you need to add this place to your recommendation list — it’s that good
