Last week I had the pleasure of trying out truth be told for the first time. My friends and I had so much fun and ended up staying until close! The art and design of the space are so well done, makes you never want to leave. So shout out to the staff for putting up with us :) Our server Jose was incredible.
From start to finish you can tell how intentional this experience was. The chef, owner, and staff have all come together to create something truly unique.
The drinks were so creative, maybe the best cocktails I’ve ever had. The red handed and infinite lies were both incredible. They made an exceptional martini and a delicious espresso martini to go with desert.
The food was amazing- the standout to me was the Wagyu tongue and tri tip which was the most well prepared meat I’ve ever had. I cant wait to come back and try it again. My favorite of the first courses was the summer squash tart. I was surprised by how much I loved the aerated vegetables. My favorite desert was the strawberry. I got the chance to have a bite of just about everything and it was all delicious.
Without a doubt the best experience ive had at a restaurant this year and can’t wait to try again.

Had a fabulous meal at TBT!! The decor is perfection…elegant, but warm and cozy. The Martinez cocktail was heaven; light and refreshing…probably the single best I’ve had in years. I’d go back just to enjoy the drink and ambiance. The food was inventive and delicious. Felt full without being stuffed…and the post snack chocolates were decadent and a perfect ending to a lovely experience. Already have reservations to return!

What a night!! Truth Be Told is OUTSTANDING across the board. First of all, the food was amazing and an experience for the senses. We did the seven course service and the choices were unique and the taste was tremendous. The surprises from the chef were both tasty and beautifully presented. The atmosphere and decor were comfortable but elegant. However, the service was over the top. Jon Yu, the owner, pays attention to every detail and the wait staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We loved it so much we are going back again this weekend!!

Had the pleasure of dining at Truth Be Told early on. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Comfortable and inviting. The repurposing of the original building makes it a very special place. The food was a very enjoyable experience!! Trying items I’ve never tasted was with explanations from our server was fun! My husband and I each ordered different items to be able to try more. The beef was AMAZING! As well as the Turbo. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. Also enjoyed chatting with the bartenders prior to our table being ready. Over all would definitely recommend Truth Be Told!

I went the other night with some friends and had an amazing time! The drinks were amazing and fun it had a juice ice cube which was really cool! The food was incredible I had the turbot in a whit chocolate sauce it was fun new and most importantly delicious! Our server was knowledgeable and very sweet will definitely be back again!

From the moment I walked in, the interior design wrapped me in my favorite color palette, making me feel uniquely at home yet utterly transported. We opted for seats at the spectacular bar, where we savored some of the most beautiful and delicious craft cocktails I’ve ever had. As a the Roswell PATCH aptly put it, “Where Cocktails Become Conversation Starters. The bar program alone is worth the visit.” Couldn’t agree more—those drinks sparked great chats and left us planning our next visit.
