Service was cheerful and attentive without bothering us. Roswell was missing a spot such as this...upscale yet enjoyably fun and relaxing. Farm to table is always a nice touch and I look forward to a changing menu.
This is a beautiful restaurant and the way the food is prepared and presented is artistic... But be prepared to spend two times as much as you would at other fine dining restaurants. I had two drinks, scallops, and dessert and spent $95. My friend had the prefix and two drinks and spent $175. There were three scallops in my bowl. They asked if we wanted bread for the table. We had three people, and they brought us one piece of bread that was about the size of a slice of loaf...
We've come to TBT twice now for the prix fixe, excellent both times, and once for cocktails and a la carte bites (great outdoor patio seating area during the nicer seasons!). Attentive service and excellent food across all of the courses served, interesting and tasty cocktail selection, and a well-curated wine list. The prix fixe worth the splurge for special occasions, and the menu did change between our first and second visits (perhaps seasonally or based on provider availabilities),...
