From the excellent selection of unique and delicious craft beers, to the over-the-top friendly and knowledgeable staff, Variant is truly the standard for excellence. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with ample in-door and out-door seating. Variant is constantly producing new, different brews of all styles. No matter what style of beer you enjoy, Variant’s selections will stand far apart from the competition. Variant partners with the best local food vendors, as well, to provide their customers with delicious food options while they enjoy their stellar beer. I can’t say enough good things about Variant. They are so far ahead of the competition it really just isn’t fair.

This is a small cute brewery. The beer is good. The location is good. But if I’m being honest the only reason I’m deducting stars is because the two ladies behind the bar were quite short and unpleasant. Perhaps they were having a bad day. But they had no issues making our party feel as though we were a burden (spoiler we weren’t ) If you want to come for a solo good beer then I recommend it but I can’t promise the bartenders will be welcoming.

Very cute place with covered outdoor seating. The music was a little off because it was heavy metal rock, but if that's your grove, this is your place. Beer was great and they had a food truck setting up right outside. Limited parking.

Simple brewery, as few tvs, some outside seating, terrible parking , prime downtown Roswell location, decent beer. I personally don't think there is anything special about this place, it kinda just is. Nothing wrong with it, but I don't think I'd go back.

Hosted a shower on the patio and the management was so easy to work with. They were very accommodating and helpful when setting up. The guests enjoyed the beer selection and the ladies restroom was the nicest I've seen in any public establishment!
