My best friend and I go to this restaurant several times a year and we LOVE it. We have the best time, the environment is great, the staff is fantastic and the food is supurb. We will be going back next month for our monthly dinner.
Food and service exceptional . Presentation was beautiful. Great value as the menu was not overpriced at all! We'll be back soon!
We were craving Greek food and Vas is our goto when in Roswell.
We sat at the bar, as usual. The bartender was awesome. She made sure we understood the menu and provided great suggestions and great conversation.
I ordered the gyro plate and was very disappointed to receive processed meat that looks like it came out of a box and tasted that way, horrible. I took one bite and that was all I could take-see photos. I would expect from a high end restaurant that their gyros would be authentic shaven off a spear. Not here.
We had the trio dips for our appetizers and they were delicious and so was the pita bread. We also had the flaming cheese, see video, delicious!š
My partner had the skewers of lamb steak, great Greek flavors.
Would I come back? Yes, I just won't order the gyro.

Okay. I went back because my sister was visiting and wanted Greek and looked this place up. I told her that the chef change the Tzatziki but we will go.
I was really glad we did. He changed the Tzatziki back to the original recipe! Man was it spot on! We ordered extra twice!!
Everything else was fantastic, the whole snapper was fresh and cooked perfectly. The flaming chees delicious along with everything else we ordered.
We sat at the bar and the bartender was fantastic! Great service. Great conversation. Nice.
OLD REVIEW
I really love this restaurant when it opened. Great to see a Greek authentic place in Roswell. They had everything going for them. Their tzatziki sauce was the best Iāve ever had outside of Greece. I spoke to the chef about it and told him never change it is awesome. He said some people were complaining it was too garlicky and I said thatās expected when you eat Greek Tzatziki.
Now three years later we went with friends to find out unfortunately they have changed the tzatziki. I was very disappointed itās crap now. Sad to see that the chef caved to the American taste complaints. He definitely took out some of the garlic and some other flavors and spices and herbs it made it more bland. My girlfriend ordered the lamb and it was just like he opened up the package and grilled - no Greek spices or flavors very bland meat. The fish I had was delicious they got that part right and so was the desert. The service was great as always.
Please Go back to your original menu and your original way of cooking - go back to being Greek, use herbs and spices thatās what Greek food is all about.

Not as good as I remember. Fried Goat cheese was cold in the middle, tomato salad had one olive and one small piece of feta. Meatballs are super dense and garlic spread with lamb chops was just an odd pairing because the spread is cold and there's a huge serving of it like mashed potatoes. $200 with drinks/tip for 2 people and left unsatisfied.
My wife and I have called this āour spotā for years. The food, drinks, staff- A+! Good clean eating in a nice intimate setting.
Great experience! Parking was a little challenging on a Friday night but other than that 5 star. Had the American and authentic Greek salad, chicken sticks, lamb & beef gyro, fries and the chicken pasta. The spicy red pepper spread was outstanding! Service was great. So much food, no room for dessert, but next time will leave room to try the baklava.

Our server was very friendly and attentive He served the Saganaki, which is awesome, and was very entertaining. Patrons seated by us enjoyed it, too. The Lunch menu is ideal, and I look forward to returning to try other items.
My husband and I love Vas Kouzina, especially the true Greek salad. He had a gyro and I had the chicken breast stuffed with goat cheese! Both were delicious!
We had such a lovely experience and dinner. The staff was extremely friendly and guided us through the menu. We can't wait to visit again!
Excellent evening at Vas made extra special by our wonderful server Keke! The food was outstanding as always, and the staff's overall attention to detail is perfect. I left my little pill case, and Keke chase us down the street to return it to me - that is over and above! I cannot praise her or Vas Kouzina with any more words but perfect!
Looking forward to going back and trying something that's not fried
