Excellent evening at Vas made extra special by our wonderful server Keke! The food was outstanding as always, and the staff's overall attention to detail is perfect. I left my little pill case, and Keke chase us down the street to return it to me - that is over and above! I cannot praise her or Vas Kouzina with any more words but perfect!
What a delight ! Wife and I noticed this restaurant and decided to try it out. We didn't realize that they did not open until 4PM on Wednesdays. At around 2:30 I peeked in the window. The owner caught me and insisted that we come in and have lunch. We had a great meal and meeting some wonderful people in the restaurant business. We enjoyed gyro and fava. boy was it good.

Reasons to visit Vas: 1-Service is outstanding! You see the same servers every time. No turnover! It must be a great place to work! 2-the food is perfection! We have never had a bad meal. Everything is fresh, hot and portioned just right. 3- Wednesdays are 1/2 price bottles of wine!
