We waited for about 10 minutes for our food, with us being the only customers. Nobody was in the drive thru or in the store. Once we got home (a 5 minute drive), the fries were cold. For the amount of time we waited, the food wasn't that great. The chicken wrap I ordered was very hastily wrapped and fell apart when I tried to eat it. I had to wrap it back up myself. The chicken in it was extremely dry, like it had been sitting for a while. I normally don't like Wendy's for these reasons, but I took a chance only to be let down yet again. I won't be returning.
The employees were very polite though.

Very bad service, the person at the drive thru is very arrogant, does not understand English, and gets angry with the customers and also gives you the wrong order, they should pay more attention to the employees who laugh at those who arrive wanting to speak English and cannot order. That feels very bad to me.

I usually go to drive-thru and the customer service is always good; however food is not consistent. I have ordered the Parmesan Caesar Salad 5 days in a row, and the presentation has looked different everytime. Only 2 of those times did it look freshly made.

I've been going here for the past 6.5 years. There was a time where the service and food were horrible. However, they've got their stuff together now. Anytime I go there the service is quick, the people are friendly, and our food is fresh!

Sure do miss the buffet they had their including spaghetti 🍝 that was about the early 90s. And that hamburger bun garlic bread was off the chain. Thanks for so many years of service ❤️ 8

Went this morning to get the free military breakfast combo. The lady at the register started to argue that it was later and I had to get fries(?) She spoke Spanish and so it was hard to understand her. I said it's supposed to be a free breakfast combo. She gave me a dirty look and then gave me the meal and was very rude after that. WOW!

Absolute morons. Unless you want a burger exactly how they make it then don’t bother. Doesn’t matter what I order, I get the fully loaded every time. Every freaking time. What a joke of place

This is the WORST Wendy’s we’ve ever been to. Will not go back any more. Ordered large chili, only a little over half full. 2 smalll pieces of beef and about a half dozen beans. The rest was just liquid that was lukewarm warm. No hot sauce or anything else. Ordered 2 drinks. 1was supposed to be NO ice but filled with ice. Had to throw out because it cracks my teeth. 2nd was the wrong drink entirely which my wife doesn’t drink. Threw out as well. Chicken nuggets were lukewarm as well. Must have been sitting for quite some time. Save your money and go elsewhere. Many more places to choose from instead of throwing money away.

Placed a mobile order for carry out (on 10/11) in order to insure I received a 100% correct order only to get home and find out they replaced the only chicken sandwich in my order with a burger. This isn't the first time I've gotten an incorrect item or completely missed an item from my order at this location and I've heard the same from neighbors and friends. The staff was friendly and polite but they need to better communicate to ensure people get fully correct orders.

I never leave reviews but I am more than satisfied with my experience! After so many years in food service it's so hard to find good service now a days and I do have high expectations when it comes to customer service. I was greeted with a "how are you" at 10 pm , my order was correct to the t and my food was hot and fresh and the man at the window was so polite ! I really appreciate the small things and this overall visit put a great taste in my mouth! ❤️

The website says that their dining room is open until midnight. So I put in a mobile order and went to the store, arriving right at 11:00 to find the doors locked. So, what am I supposed to do at this point? I sat near drive thru trying to get their attention but they just ignored me, making me feel like the biggest idiot!!! Random customers were talking about me to the drive thru attendants. But they were acting like they didn't know why I was there. Sooooooo embarrassing!!!!! ?
