I love this Zaxby's location. Always great service. Good food and the best deals!! We grabbed the Tuesday special, 99 cent Nibblers with some fries 🤗

Everytime I come here I am shorted. I ordered a Surf N Turf and only get 2 or 1 chicken stripes. I order 5 finger plate and only get 3. And, on top of that the food isn't fresh. My entire meal was barely warm and the food was old. I am telling my son NO to Zaxbys next time he ask. Paying this much for complete trash is insane.

I gave them two more tries. They ran my car twice on one order. And today (8/8/25) that got my order again. I get home and I cold boneless wings but I ordered traditional wings.

No son we can't have Zaxby after your football game because they are horrible.

My uncle ordered my family a meal from here to take out. He spent over $100+ total. When he got home, he realized they had missed his zalad. While the rest of us ate, he drove back to zaxbys to get his zalad. He showed them the receipt and explained that an item was missing. The woman helping him said that she was certain she packed it and he was going to have to pay for ANOTHER zalad. He complied, but you lost an entire family of customers based on a $12 zalad. Should be ashamed!

Every time Derek is working, my order is always perfect and all my sauces are always in the bag!!! Thank you for the great service Derek 😄

We're 87 years old and when we were ready to leave zaxbys on Sunday evening our car wouldn't start. The manager used his jumper cables to charge our battery. Thank you!!!

I’ve been coming to this Zaxby’s for a while and was disappointed today with the service in the drive thru. The woman taking the order in the drive thru had a bad attitude after she repeated the order wrong and was nicely retold the order. Then once at the drive thru where she proceeded to mess up the drink size, I politely said the drink size was wrong and she had a bad attitude while remaking the drink. It was extremely childish. I would’ve understood the attitude if I was acting like a Karen, but I wasn’t. I understand having bad days and not being friendly, but it was the complaining and attitude over the smallest thing. The other employees were laughing about it. This has been the least friendly Zaxby’s I’ve been to.

Ordered the grilled chicken Philly . Probably will not order again . The bread definitely was not sturdy to hold the chicken filling . Definitely was not toasted as advertised .one car in front of me @ 11:15 Saturday morning before lunch

Tossed my wings in the wrong sauce and instead of just taking the literal 45 seconds to heat new ones they just tossed it in the sauce I ordered after.

Thanks for the teriyaki honey mustard wings that taste awful. (I ordered just the hot honey mustard)
