Tossed my wings in the wrong sauce and instead of just taking the literal 45 seconds to heat new ones they just tossed it in the sauce I ordered after.

Thanks for the teriyaki honey mustard wings that taste awful. (I ordered just the hot honey mustard)

INSANE PRICING:$15.00 for a Wings & Things meal is outrageously expensive. I remember when it was $8.50 and it also included celery and carrots.

Derek is an AWESOME mgr!! He made a very generous offer…..We received the wrong items and immediately when I called him he said, come on by on Saturday and I’ll make it right!LOL ? that was last Saturday and I didn’t make it! I hope the offer is still good this Saturday!! ? THANKS Derek!!!

I don't really like Zaxby's; they're too expensive & the chicken almost always upsets my stomach. HOWEVER, I just had their house salad with fried chicken & ranch dressing, and it was delicious. I really love the crunchy fried onion bits; so much better than croutons! The weird soggy bread on the side didn't make sense to me, but I fed it to some crows who seemed to enjoy it. I might be changing my opinion of Zaxby's! Thanks for the great salad!

We bought some wings from here and never will try it for sure! They were stale and greasy and we couldn't finish even a single piece. It was a late night order so it may affect but still!!!

Not recommended many other option you can have for the same price and far better quality.
