Derek is an AWESOME mgr!! He made a very generous offer…..We received the wrong items and immediately when I called him he said, come on by on Saturday and I’ll make it right!LOL ? that was last Saturday and I didn’t make it! I hope the offer is still good this Saturday!! ? THANKS Derek!!!
Always order on the app and my food is always ready and very hot and tasty! Everyone here has been very friendly in my experience as well!

I am a huge fan of zaxbys but this zaxbys was terrible. My kickin chicken sandwich was coldddd , this was a drive throw order and they didn't even add the ranch and I went back and I asked for it, some kid just threw a ranch dip with an attitude like dude chill out , I just want what I paid for . Anyways it was lame

We bought some wings from here and never will try it for sure! They were stale and greasy and we couldn't finish even a single piece. It was a late night order so it may affect but still!!!Not recommended many other option you can have for the same price and far better quality.

The food was and always is reasonably good. The only complaint I have is that the Portunes are greatly lacking. And for some reason, they feel a need to charge extra for a second packet of sauce. That seems to be a little bit trifling, don't you think?

I hate picking up at the drive thru and get all the way home to find out that something is missing in my order. Please check to make sure your order is correct before you leave this location. They left out my salad dressing.
Cobb salad was very good. Grandson loved the chicken fingers. Employees were courteous and hard working.

I don't really like Zaxby's; they're too expensive & the chicken almost always upsets my stomach. HOWEVER, I just had their house salad with fried chicken & ranch dressing, and it was delicious. I really love the crunchy fried onion bits; so much better than croutons! The weird soggy bread on the side didn't make sense to me, but I fed it to some crows who seemed to enjoy it. I might be changing my opinion of Zaxby's! Thanks for the great salad!

This location has improved DRASTICALLY. The wait used to always be very long. Things weren’t super systemized or efficient. The restaurant was short-staffed, so everyone seemed frazzled. NOW though—quick service; great online order/pick-up option; accurate orders, delicious foods (and a good variety of options; and friendly staff. Definitely a win.
