3/16/26 ordered large order of lemon pepper wings which is what was paid for but, when I returned to route ( mail carrier) the wings were PLAIN. Calls 4 sets to speak with manger has been met with phone not being answered, Zaxby’s customer service number refers you to store if you have problems. I want replacement or money returned. Would NOT recommend this location.

Mario treated me well! I had a flat tire and ended up an hour late to pickup my order. He still greeted me with a smile and sent me off with hot and fresh food and also threw in an extra treat for me! This location is always on point.

Mario and Tom provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Their positive attitudes and professionalism made the entire visit enjoyable. It’s clear they take pride in their work and go above and beyond for customers. Truly outstanding service! This is why I always come back to this location. Great team!!

Who ever is wrapping the new Zensation wrap needs more education. The last one I got fell apart with very little filling. Get it together or stop selling it.

Have visited this location at least 3x a week for at least 4 months - staff is always friendly and polite. Orders are ALWAYS accurate. I have not received an incorrect item even once, and requested sauces are always in the bag. Very impressed.

10/08/25 @ 1:30pm I came Inside because the line was full to order a basket of toast and Fries FRESH!! They proceeded to give me hot fries, but the basket of toast was tough and Clearly re-warmed. So I brought it back in to tell them can they remake it fresh I sit down for five seconds and then it’s ready. I touched the top of it at the counter. It felt warm once I made it to the car. I opened it all the way and picked up a piece all to notice that only the top pieces were warm so basically still a cold basket of toast And not fresh like I asked because had it been fresh it would’ve been steaming almost. These are the only items I typically order from there, so I’m livid that once I asked for a second time for it to be remade, you couldn’t simply do that. You rushed and gave me something cold again.
The only reason I didn’t go back in there again for a fresh basket because I would’ve been getting a refund so I just took this one. At least this bread isn’t tough like the first one was. I’m a try to enjoy my fries. But they always failed to give me fresh when I asked for it fresh it’s like a hit or miss with them at this location. Which is why I don’t get anything else from here

I am a caregiver! Today I brought my 4 clients with me whom have development disabilities. The assistant manager was BEYOND AMAZING. He addressed my guys BY NAME. He was patient with them as they were ordering and even checked on them BY name after they sat a begun eating.
He loves his job and is an even better human being 💕💕💕

Pulled up at 11 am and all the employees were in the parking lot talking to someone. They finally go inside and take my order, then I hear a woman say “oh no he gotta pay for this”, isn’t fast food supposed to be fast? Maybe give me the milkshake free for my time? As a local of statesboro and GSU alumni, I ate many days at the original Zach shack! And locations like the one on Holcomb bridge give Zaxbys a bad name. I hope Zach and Tony are proud.
