Very poor experience for two couples . Started with a Caesar salad. Asked for anchovies and some lemon wedges. Delivered salad without those items. Had to ask three times for the anchovies and lemon and by the time I received them our table mates had finished their salad. Entries came for three of of the four people. All three were cold and had to be returned. My dinner still had not been delivered until about 5 minutes after the other three had received their reheated dinners and were almost finished. I realize mistakes can be made but not once did anyone apologize for the problems nor offer us any accommodation. When I called the next day to provide feedback the owner, Luigi, was resistant, abrupt and more interested in telling me how hard it is to run a restaurant than being sensitive to our experience and trying to save a customer. His wife, who apparently was our waitress, burst on the call and denyed my comments. There were only customers at about 5 tables last night so I can only imagine what would have happened if all the tables were full. It's too bad because their Entries are good but I won't eat and pay for cold food and I will never accept a bad attitude.

This was our first time at Zuzzu's. We will DEFINITELY be back!!! We had a fantastic evening. I had the Pasta Trio. Nice portion, but not enough to share. All 3 pastas were delicious as I cleaned my plate. My wife had the Chicken Trio. Again, all 3 were delicious. The couple next to us had pizza, and raved about it. That's what we'll have next time we go back. Other notes: Small, but quaint. Make reservations in advance as it was packed. A small, packed restaurant is naturally a bit loud, but not too bad. Service was excellent and friendly.

Fantastic as always. We had friends join us this time. Originally our friends were not sure if they could, so when they did it was about an hour after we got there. Silvia and Luigi were so accommodating.

Unfortunately, we were not happy last night. When we first walked in, there was only one server handling 10+ tables. Another server walked in to help take over. Food was just OK. Chicken Parmesan was dry and overcooked. Our biggest complaint was the prices. Almost 4.00 for a can of coke. The dry chicken Parmesan was 29.00, eggplant Parmesan was 27.00. For three of us to have dinner was over 100.00. Way too much money to send. Will not be back at these prices.

Zuzzu is like a great secret - but if you live in the Roswell proximity you need to go! This is a local gem that more people need to know about!!

Authentic Italian hunting food. Its owner and chef is always attentive to his customers so that they enjoy a true experience of exquisite Italian food!

Great ambiance with good food in a casual environment. The owner makes you feel at home immediately. The pizza is delicious. It could’ve been cooked a bit longer for a slightly crispier crust. The Caesar salad was a bit lacking but it was the perfect compliment to our pizza. Definitely will visit again!!

The food was good but not at this price. It is tiny, so reservations are a must. Extremely loud. You will be yelling at each other, so it was not very enjoyable to me.

Parking: 8 parking spots in their tiny lot. Parking across the street.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, but there would be lots in the way before the entrance.

Server was excellent and food really good. Small place and loud. Very authentic. Would go again!

Lasagne with bolognese--that's my favorite. The pasta is light and the bechamel is subtle. Lovely. We also enjoyed three different kinds of pizza -- margherita, vesuvius (spicy meats), and pepperoni -- and enjoyed them all. Oh, and try the arancini. It's wonderful. My son wants me to add that the gnocchi is is favorite anywhere.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. We waited there for an HOUR to be seated, when we had a reservation. Not worth it at all and a waste of time completely. Beyond disorganized, loud, and messy - avoid. Management was so rude when I asked how much longer it would be, and they responded with “calm down”. Misogynistic and truly unprofessional.

*UPDATE TO THE RESTAURANTS RESPONSE*

We were sitting there for so long that they were trying to pass out glasses of wine and beer because so many people were waiting for a table. Got there at 6:30 for our reservation and finally walked out at 7:10 after STILL waiting for a table. What’s the point in even making a reservation? This place isn’t worth your business, especially when they are trying to cover themselves up - period!

The best Italian pizza we found by far.

Meatball was a bit dry inside as they were pre-made and canoli were okay.
Fresh cavateli was tasty but could add more pesto.

Overall it was decent.

I’m a little bit shocked at these high reviews. The pizza crust was burnt but the cheese/toppings were raw. My friends got pasta, seemed better than the pizza. The waitress came to our table only to take our orders and never checked to refill our waters or anything. Just didn’t seem professional at all :/

Our first dinner here last night was fantastic. We had the meatballs with ricotta starter, tomato caprese salad and the gnocchi with shrimp. Along with their Chianti and Montepulciano. From the fresh, warm bread with oil and balsamic to the end with cannoli - a really spectacular meal. Service from Patrick was friendly, fast and spot on. We will be back soon!
