Away from the island tourist area we noted that many were local 'regulars'. We waited 30 minutes to get a breakfast seating but was worth it. Really good food and service. Price is rated $ but with a few extras my bill is $60.00 for 3 adults. The seating is limited but they move customers in and out efficiently w/o feeling rushed.

Food was decent, service was fine. I just cannot get over the cost. It does not have a good ambience, it is not in a prime location, yet it was $54 for my wife and I to have breakfast. Everything is a la carte, and VERY expensive. It has waterfront prices without the waterfront. I got the steak and eggs, my wife got an omelette, and we each had a coffee. It was almost $60 with tip.....are you kidding me??? Also, the steak and eggs was 2 eggs with 2 tiny little steak nuggets. I will not be back. You can literally get breakfast at ANY other St. Simon's restaurant that has a view for the Same if not cheaper price. Maybe this was a staple prior to everyone using Covid as an excuse to jack up prices.

I have eaten here for 20 years and never had one disappointment. The food is consistently great and so is the service. The friendly atmosphere adds to the overall experience. Stephanie A

I saw lots of reviews about this place, positive and negative, but I wanted to give it a try.I ordered the crab cake benedict with home fries. Delicious! I kind of wish I would’ve ordered 2 as the benedict is all that you get. Sides are extra. Luckily, I ordered the home fries which were good too. I really don’t have complaints about the food.My con is the service for take out orders. When I called in my order the cashier was very friendly. However, picking up my food was the issue. The person who took my order couldn’t remember my call in order. I give him grace as I think he was new and was overwhelmed trying to do everything by himself. He then realized the order was behind him and apologized for the confusion.I would go to this restaurant again; but next time, I’ll dine in.
