I keep ordering a gallon of unsweetened ice tea and they give me sweetened. 5 times now. Guess I need to take taste out of the jug before I drive off!

Unfortunately, this Chick-fil-A experience was not the usual one that I have had at other Chick-fil-A's. The food was fine other than the chicken being fried a little too dark. But the service was not up to Chick-fil-A standards. We could not understand the young lady who was waiting on us. Her speech was quite slurred. The hours of operation was not correct on Google. Or we would not have come to the restaurant. The high chair for our 1 year old was dirty. The restroom was filthy with trash all over the floor. The young man the people behind the counter we're on the phone with earbuds I did not help my wife with a refill on her coke. The trash cans near us were being emptied and we were asked to put our trash and another trash bin. They were mopping near that other trash bin and then did not want to take our trash from us to put in that receptacle as we were leaving. Am I normally very positive person but I just wanted management to know about this experience. Hopefully it was a one-time thing

Since new ownership just a few weeks ago their drive thru has become a joke. Taking 30 plus minutes at not a peak time is ridiculous.this has happened the last 3 times I’ve gone.

Very disappointed in this Chick-fil-A placed my order before nine just to arrive and not have my food said they dont have my food cause its nine but their sitting down eating! Now I don't have my food or my 40 bucks and have to wait days to get it back this is horrible business on their end! I want be back to this location

This has to be quite possibly the slowest Chick-fil-A that I have ever been to! When I brought the platter of nuggets to the party, everyone chuckled and laughed at how long I had to wait in line. I think it’s management. She didn’t seem to have it together at all.

This location is conveniently placed across the street from the Hampton Inn at St. Simon’s, making it an ideal location for breakfast and lunch. Food is fresh, including perhaps the best kale salad I’ve ever had. Service is timely and staff are friendly.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location. My child was simply asking questions about the in-house menu, and the team member, Lora, was incredibly rude in her responses. Rather than showing patience and kindness—qualities Chick-fil-A is known for—she seemed annoyed and dismissive. It’s disheartening to see such behavior, especially when dealing with children who are just curious.
This experience was far from the warm and welcoming atmosphere I expect from Chick-fil-A. I hope management addresses this and reinforces the importance of customer service with their team.

Love the new setup and arrangement, however, using the mobile app is not efficient at this location. I still wait on my food like I'm waiting on the regular line for a very long time. Otherwise they would have five out of five.
