I’ve gotten screwed at this CFA multiple times. They don’t stock toilet paper, they mess up your food, the staff is rude—specifically, the younger workers. This CFA is honestly terrible. It was kind of fine before, but the new management is severely incompetent. Just shut it down, I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes to the location in Brunswick.

Worst food I’ve ever had at a Chick-Fil-A! Nuggets were hard and cold. Shake was made wrong. Staff was arguing about it. My dog wouldn’t even eat the nuggets. I was just passing thru and likely won’t ever be back to the island. Awful service and food.

A big step down from what I expect when eating at cfa. I have been here a couple of times since my friends moved to the island, and the service is always a little off. The most recent visit, I had a literal problem with my order (the food came out totally wrong) and not only did the girl at the counter not help me... the manager was totally useless as well. She was almost rude when I asked to switch out my food. I don't know how these folks are getting hired. I guess that's the economy these days. But I no longer expect good service here, and will likely avoid the place altogether.

Everything came out tasting juicy and well seasoned and the service was great. I had a little hiccup while using the online order system causing parts of my order to drop off but it was resolved quickly by a helpful manager.

The food is good but the drive-thru is a NIGHTMARE! Entering the drive thru requires driving through a parking, around the business to enter the line crosses the drive thru window traffic. Traffic guidance is rare, path is poorly marked and the operator is rude! Never again at this Chic Fil A

I never wait less than 15 mins for my order. Sees like not much time except when you go to other locations they never take more than a few minutes. They never apologize for the wait, the flow of traffic in and out is always a nightmare. I don’t know how they allow this. Especially at such a popular location.
