Ember Farm to Fire

Great atmosphere and excellent food. The grilled Caesar salad is a standout with just the right smoky char, and the Sweet Heat cocktail is perfectly balanced- sweet with a little kick. Consistently a great experience at Ember.

Not what we expected, flat bread was soggy and server must of had too many tables, he did a good job but was slow getting back

The special was absolutely delicious! Large serving with fish and vegetables cooked to perfection. The bread appetizer was also great! Wonderful service by our server.

We love Ember. The Pizza is always perfectly prepared and the fish special was delicious. I always start with the Olive appetizer and it's always the perfect start to the meal. The cocktails were great and a great meal was had by all!

We had their excellent lamb lollipops for our appetizer. My wife had the Meatzilla fire bread and I had the Hot Lei. Meatzilla was excellent. Hot Lei was good.
Service was excellent. Our only frustration was with a group two tables over that felt it necessary to speak loudly enough for other tables to hear clearly.
I'd go back.

The food was delicious, but the server was not very attentive. Additional drinks were ordered and never delivered, but they were not on the bill either, thankfully.

It was our 45th anniversary and first time at The Embers. It was delicious!! Our waiter, Mike was excellent and we received a gift certificate for our next visit. Thank you for such a pleasant evening!

We celebrated a birthday at Embers and so glad we did. Guillermo was an amazing server. Attention to detail, great personality and shared a toast with us. They had a special with red fish and my friend couldn't stop raving about it. I had a salad and the lamb lollipops. Loved the lamb. Recommend it. Nice wine list and drinks were fun. Be sure to make a reservation and enjoy.

Ember never disappoints. Fantastic flavors with just right portion sizes combined with a gentle atmosphere make for a divine dining experience. Server staff were attentive and thoughtful with special care given to our table. Highly recommend!

The food was excellent. Our party ordered wide variety of steak, seafood, and the fire bread. All was outstanding. The inside of restaurant was nice. Only downside is the location is in a shopping center type setting. Since this is on St Simons I was hoping for more natural setting. The service was at best average. Appetizers came quickly but main courses were very slow i.e. approximately 45 minutes after appetizers. Server never refreshed the drinks and when he finally came over, he forgot my replacement drink and then attempted to take my unfinished plate without even asking. I told him I wasnt finished just had nothing to drink to which he responded he forgot. His attitude was poor from that point forward.

We had a reservation and we're seated promptly - served water and given menus. The waiter was pleasant, knowledgeable and very efficient. The NY strip steak was tasty but very large- served with mediocre potatoes and mushrooms that all looked the same on the plate. Shrimp Scampi appetizer had plenty of shrimp and hot but shells were left on ( difficult to eat) and pretty salty. The Greek salad was delicious and could have served as my whole meal. The bread was ok but overpriced. Over all, it was a somewhat disappointing experience despite being highly rated.

Another great visit at Ember on Christmas Eve. Service was excellent.  Highly recommend the flatbreads the short rib and shrimp and grits.

We always look forward to dining at Ember when visiting the Golden Isles of Georgia! I cannot recommend the grilled Caesar salad highly enough - worth the trip just for that!
