Fuse Frozen Yogurt

when i went to fuse this evening with my family, i arrived to see that the only vegan option was completely sold out. i am extremely disappointed and i will not be going back to this location. if you are coming here looking for vegan or dairy free options, prepare to be disappointed.

First I will clarify, I'm not a huge fan of frozen yogurt, and I was hoping for the existence of alternatives. They had waffle bowls, that just don't work well with soft serve. The only flavor of gelato available was acceptable at best. Maybe of the flavors of yogurt were unavailable. There were a tremendous selection of toppings, but none that I saw seemed a good choice for the orange gelato.

This place has my favorite frozen yogurt of any of the fuze shops nearby. They had a lot more of a selection and had activities to do like connect four. Cute place with great froyo!

Workers told me and my friends in a rude tone they were closed when they closed in 15 minutes. Terrible service.

Womp womp ? visited Jekyll Island on our trip to Saint Simons Island and saw a Fuse location but they didn’t have the warm bottom - so we set off back to the hotel as we saw this location had advertised the warm bottom.First, they’re not available until “about after 2pm” - not sure why. Second, as we went to go get the froyo ? customers ahead of us complained that they self serve was really runny for every flavor.To which the cashier girl replied “oh yea, they’re acting really wonky right now, I told the manager about it and they told me what to do to fix it, but they’re still not working ??‍♀️ “? I couldn’t help but chuckle because she was going to let us try to serve ourselves only to find out they’re runny and melted ?Well, we were excited to try it but, maybe on our next trip it will be working?

Walked in and no one was to be seen. The girls who worked there stepped out of the back room after a moment, greeted us and then went back, I had to call for her to get a sample. Nearly half the machines were empty or out of order. Toppings were minimal and had clearly been out a while, the cookie dough was mushy and I don't remember seeing any fresh options. The yogurt was decent (not great) but for $15 for 2 half full cups and no toppings, I expect more

Temperature of the froyo is too warm! It’s always runny

It is so disgusting place ever I have been. French vainilla ice cream was awfull and it was 6 dollars ! Even Macdonald ice cream is even better for 2 dollars
