This Fuse location closes at 9:00pm on weekdays (not sure about the weekend), despite what their website says and irregardless if their open sign is still on in the window. And don't show up close to 9:00pm either because they will not serve you. Can't comment on the food since we were sent away twice.

It is so disgusting place ever I have been. French vainilla ice cream was awfull and it was 6 dollars ! Even Macdonald ice cream is even better for 2 dollars

No need to stop at Fuse unless you like Taro or toasted coconut. Haven’t been in about a month and they were several flavors short then. I guess they lost the recipes.

Our group of 6 stopped in 3/9/23 afternoon. The young lady was rude and had a bad attitude. No vanilla?m! I couldn't believe it. Wont be back.

Walked in and no one was to be seen. The girls who worked there stepped out of the back room after a moment, greeted us and then went back, I had to call for her to get a sample. Nearly half the machines were empty or out of order. Toppings were minimal and had clearly been out a while, the cookie dough was mushy and I don't remember seeing any fresh options. The yogurt was decent (not great) but for $15 for 2 half full cups and no toppings, I expect more

It's sad to me that frozen yogurt seems to have run its course again. Remember TCBY??? Now many of these places are not doing well. This place was very cute with a limited choice of flavors. There were good toppings. We got coconut and chocolate swirled. We added quite a few toppings. It was good.

Disappointing. Dirty tables, chocolate on hand sanitizer dispenser, tables not clean, weigh scale dripping with others toppings, topping scattered on countertop. Usually not like this. Person behind counter not interested in helping customers. Will return reluctantly. Maybe no one trained him?
