How can you have your tea put away at 6:15?

We order from this location semi-often, and always have a great experience. This time there was a little mess-up with the order, but a quick phone call, and they fixed the error promptly and with no issues. Very happy overall. Keep up the great work!

Been in there for the last two weeks and they tell me their oven is not working. How is this possible? I can understand 3-4 days. Evidently, they've not contacted corporate to try to get this situation resolved. I owned a restaurant for 17 years and I would never let this happen.

Writing this review mainly because of the excellent service I received at this location. After a late meeting I arrived at the restaurant shortly before closing. The team was working to clean and close for the night….however they immediately turned their attention to making sure I was served. I had a #10 Hunter’s Club “Unwich” (lettuce wrap). It was fresh and definitely hit the spot. If you are looking for a sandwich on St. Simons Island this restaurant is certainly one to consider!

We had wanted to try Jimmy John's for a while. We don't have one near us. Found one while we were on vacation.
The associate at the register welcomed us and asked to take our order. He helped with a few suggestions and told us what deals were going on. We ended up with a steak and cheddar sub. It was delicious. He even stopped by to see if we liked it or needed anything else.
It's a small restaurant, very clean. The food was great, and the associates were helpful and friendly. Better than Jersy Mike's, I wish it was closer, but I'm sure the associates made it!!

While visiting the area we decided to order to order here . Upon picking order the workers were sitting at thr table on their phones snd then we were not greeted when entering the store , didn't even get a thank you come again. But don't worry I'll go to the one in Bwks .

They are fast. So fast that they forgot to put cheese on the sandwich. And it was a to go order, so I didn't realize until after getting home.

The shop was clean and the personnel friendly and the food was delicious. Can't beat it. Give yourself a treat, give them a try.
