If you're from North Carolina or above, these are not giant subs, they are just subs with fresh sliced meat. They are comparable to a subway sub with double veggies and 1.5 times the price. When we walked in, two employees on their phones looked at us as if we were a nuisance. 3rd employee looked at them like should have said something and took good care of us.

We went on sunday at lunch time. Sub was good until I found a wad of hair in it. Took the remaining amount of my 12in up to staff & asked for my money back due to the hair being in it. The person in charge at first said that she couldn't issue a refund because "it was still processing". She stated that tomorrow (Monday) she could have her manager issue the refund. So I asked for cash back, she said she couldn't do that either. I told her I didn't have the option to wait until tomorrow since I'm vacationing on st simons. The PIC called the manager & gave me a cash refund. I said thank you for making it right. To which I was completely ignored.

Interesting attempt at culinary greatness. Brown spicy mustard on tuna salad sub does not work.

Using Giant in the name is very misleading once you actually receive your "Giant"Sub. Far from Giant more like Larry's Average Subs.

The service here is the absolute Worst! Slow! Rude! Bad Attitudes! The store in Brunswick on Hwy. 17 is good or go to Subway! Avoid This Place!

Chicago Italian beef with au jus. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had! I crave it and this location is the only one I go to. Take out was taken care of and delicious back at the office.
