Nuggets were undercooked, fries were soggy, order was wrong, tea tasted funky, and there was horrible service. The people working there acted like they hated their job. Overall terrible experience. !DON’T EAT HERE!

We went twice. The first time our experience with the woman who took our order was not nice. She was not friendly and did not have a good Custer service actitud. Having a cleaning environment is really important and she was with her long hair on her face. Took money and at the same time manipulated food. The second time was so different. The woman who was there was so kind and nice. Our order was ready in short time. Having a good customer service is so important.

Worst of the worst of McDonald's... garbage attitudes and service. Food was probably normal but the service was awful... left food there due to it was wrong and expectations were so low. I can't imagine what I would have gotten in return, if I had complained.

Terrible service. I did a table order on the app. Waited almost 15 minutes and nothing. I went up to the counter and told them I was waiting on the food. She stated she didn't realize we were here. She gave me the two coffees and drink I had ordered and stated that they would make some hot fries since the others were cold. They stated they would bring them out once done. Another 15 minutes later and I'm still waiting. We won't be back.

7/9/24 it was raining a little bit on the island and me and my family wanted some to eat. Unfortunately we decided on this place. Well there is no mat for traction coming into the door, causing my wife to nearly fall. I went up to the counter to get someone to clean it up. They wouldn’t even look at me. When I finally got someone’s attention and told them of the problem, the solution was just to place a wet floor sign. A few minutes later another guest also slipped.
