The food was excellent and portions were more than enough. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. We will be back.
Server was untrained and maybe the worst I have experienced. She never asked if we wanted a drink and started picking up our plates before we finished eating. My fish in the fish and chips was all batter and very little fish. Not worth the cost
PLEASE understand we enjoy coming to the club, but you all need to get creative and change your menu. Hamburgers are good, salads are okay too, but please cold soups perhaps, entrees that are cooked properly, Add some cold plates such as Scoop of chicken salad, potato salad, and a small salad! such as fish cooked as ordered🤷♀️. We have waited as long as ONE HOUR TWO WEEKS in a row for our dinners. The Sunday Buffet is excellent so we know you provide good meals
Absolutely amazing! Our waitress, Hannah, was absolutely the BEST! Great recommendations, all of the food and desserts were amazing!
Service is always first class. The food was subpar for the first time in a long time. Disappointed in the food last night.
We stayed at the resort for a week and while we enjoyed our room and the pool / tiki bar - this restaurant was disappointing. The menu items we tried were fine, but came at a high price and mediocre service. The atmosphere was disappointing and not up to par with a resort feel - we felt the pictures were misleading since it looks dimly lit and romantic online.
We were hoping this would be a fun after beach / pool date night spot within walking distance but recommend shuttling to another local spot instead.
Took quite a while to get waited on & food was slow coming out. We were offered ice water by a young man who was not our waiter (thank you!), otherwise, our waitress never offered drinks. Mac & cheese is just noodles with melted shredded cheese, so that was disappointing. Hamburgers were frozen patties & I could hardly eat it as it was super pink on the inside & no flavor whatsoever. Whatever happened to seasoning? Anyway, our first & probably last time there. Could be a great place, but the food & wait service leave much to be desired.
True southern experience. Really solid food shrimp and grits, bang bang GA shrimp and fired chicken. Very much enjoyed our dinner. Would return.
The food and service were outstanding!! The meal was savory and high-quality. We would highly recommend them for a special occasion .
Went for Father’s Day, made reservations a month in advance for outdoor seating when we got there we checked in with the hostess, who was our waitress and she stated we can go sit outside. Well the tables were lined up so you kinda had a walk through a maze to get to the window, which I guess was the door to go outside. She did not take us out there. We sat out there for 18 minutes before we even had something to drink. She never gave us a menu. We did not know if there was a drink menu a special menu for the day And then when we did ask for a menu took another 10 to 15 minutes. I ended up going to the bar to order drinks and to get menus, I finally had to contact the manager and ask for another waitress who was Phenomenal. Expected more from a resort, but the food was good

Eight of my friends gathered for lunch at Sago and we enjoyed the experience. We ordered sandwiches and salads which were delicious, presented well with generous portions but that did not give us the opportunity to see what the chef can do for dinner so we shall have to return for dinner.
Our server was very sweet but the food took a long time to come out. Two people in our party ordered steaks and they both were bad. One ribeye that was extremely thin and bland and one new york strip that was tuff and had no flavor.
Can’t give it 0 stars so 1 star it is. This was the worst dining experience we’ve had in a long time. My wife ordered the fried chicken - it took 45 mins to come to the table and when it finally did, it was obviously undercooked. I ordered the shrimp and grits and it was the worst version of that dish that I’ve ever had. 5 or 6 shrimp swimming in a “creole sauce” which completely covered up the “cheesy grits”. Save your money and go somewhere else.
We were so pleased with our dinner at Sago! The shrimp which several of us had was some of the best we've ever had. And the salmon over rice was scrumptious! We plan to make Sago our return-to-place when we want a really great dinner!
The outside seating was beautiful and live music was wonderful! But the service was absolutely terrible. It took over an hour and a half to get our food. The server would also take our drink order and wouldn't return to the table until 30 minutes later.
