Sago at Sea Palms

Fantastic Thanksgiving buffet. We loved celebrating the day here. Food was great. Service was fantastic. We sat at the bar and really enjoyed it.

Ribeye was the special but small steak asked for medium rare got medium well. My lady got fish told it was a whole fish but it was a small portion. My special came with slice of pie we had to ask for that was so small maybe an inch wide at best. Our bill came way wrong had to contest.

My fresh salmon was great as usual. The surf and turf special was good. We had 12 in our group for dinner and had to dine inside because of patio being cleared due to Milton. Service was excellent and we enjoyed talking with the food and beverage director.

Glad to have Sea Palms Sago close by in the neighborhood. I love their fresh never frozen salmon grilled or blackened. Members receive a discount on food, so cost not too high. The staff are outstanding, and management stops by to say hello to our group of members and non-members. We prefer eating outside so hoping for more space that is covered with new renovations.

I’m giving a two star overall for the restaurant because of one particular hostess by the name of Brenda who stated a reservation was needed. We informed her that we were never told that as we had been a guest for 3 days at the resort. She asked that if we wanted to sit outside in 97 degrees weather and have Fathers Day brunch with 3 small children. Furious I proceeded to check out. Thank God for the administration staff Kimberly, Miranda , Bonnie and the exceptional server Reshada. We enjoyed our meal and by the way All those seemingly reservations never happened. We were there 2 hours. Reshada you deserve a promotion for the take control and make it happen attitude. Thank y’all for saving Father’s Day!

First off let me start by saying how excited my fiancee and myself were to be going to dinner here and then we were let down so quickly once we got there. The food was not at all good, I got the top sirloin and it was so charred on the outside and raw on the inside, I ended up just not eating it at all, the mashed potatoes were nasty and tasted a few days old, the only thing I really enjoyed was the collard greens. Our waitress was one of the worst servers I've ever experienced, she was not attentive to our needs at all, had to get the other waitress to get her for us more then twice and the bad part is that there was only two other tables in the restaurant eating at the time. I'm not impressed with Sago at all and I wish I never had spent $100 in there. I work hard for my money and rarely do I get to go to fancy restaurants but I can honestly say that I would have been better off eating at McDonald's.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak for lunch. It came with cheese on only half of the sandwich without peppers, onions or mayo. The person who delivered the food from the kitchen had a really nasty attitude. I dared not send the dish back for fear I'd get spit in my food.

Our large group meets at Sago on Wednesdays, and we also had a Super Bowl party/dinner there. The food has been amazing- I recommend the Georgia on my Mind salad.

The lead server we have each time has been incredible! Reshada is amazing! She knows all of us and appears the very moment something is needed. She has a memory like a steel trap! Thank you for your top of the line food and service, and please always let us have Reshada as our server.

Our HOA group comes to Sago for dinner each Wednesday. The vibe and food are excellent and we have been very fortunate to have Reshada as our lead server each time. She is the most professional and reliable server I have seen in a restaurant. She knows our group really well and is so attentive! If I employed Reshada, I would ask her to train the other servers. Thank you so much for ensuring we get our Reshada on Wednesdays!

I have now had several excellent experiences at Safo with Reshada as our server. Anyone needing amazing service , especially for large groups, need look no further than Sago, especially if you call ahead and request Reshada. Reshada is a professional server through and through. She seems to inspire excellence from the rest of the staff as well, always appearing the instant you remember something you needed. Thank you for such a pleasant dining experience, Sago and Reshada!

Just like the entire resort, this place was full of hospitality and making the guests feel like royalty.'G', Aaron, and my shuttle guy were all equally amazing!Felt like I was riding on the magic 'red' carpet ride.Thoroughly enjoyed Chris & Laura, husband and wife band called, The Rider Band.Started out with Neil Young, Fleetwood Mac, and all the way to Johnny Cash. ???The entire experience was just everything and more I could have ever hoped for and more!Keep up the good work guys; I will be back.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My wife & I came down for the wkend.for her b-day. We enjoyed the Prime Rib Friday. It was very delicious and the service was excellent. Our waitress Karen was very courteous. The wife had a White Russian & I enjoyed a Corona Extra. The supervisor Gerald was very helpful in seating us at a corner table to enjoy the Sunset. We look fwd to enjoying the rest of the weekend. Highly Recommend visiting! Hope to return for our anniversary as well.

First our waiter Damon was very rude and unfriendly! We ordered a pepperoni pizza an after eating 1 piece we realized it was very doughy if you will. It needed to be cooked more. It tasted like a store bought frozen pizza. So we ask Damon if we could get it possibly cooked a bit more an he wanted to somewhat argue with us. He went an got another gentleman who came to the table an was very pleasant an said it would be no problem to get another one more done. Also I had to ask Damon after getting his attention to bring me more tea. When he brought the tea he slammed it on the table. I don't think I will recommend this restaurant nor will I be dining here again. Second pizza came it was no better this was definitely a frozen store bought pizza. Also we ran out of drinks an Damon never came for refills until we where leaving. I did get a tea to go.
