If you are looking for a deli sandwich do not look here. I ordered a turkey and Swiss sandwich and have you ever heard of a deli that doesn’t ever carry Swiss? American cheese is all they have. Next hard to believe but no lettuce or tomato at this sandwich shop. They also wrap your sandwich like your mom did going to elementary school, in your Cookie Monster lunch box in Saran Wrap. My last time going to the non sandwich shop Sammies.

We stumbled upon this place when shopping around Redfern Village. The guys in here were so friendly. The sandwiches are simple, the concept is simple, but it was a great lunch to grab and bring to the beach!

This lunch spot on the island is FANTASTIC!!! I highly recommend it! I have sampled many of the sandwiches. They are ALL delicious. The chicken salad is the best I have ever had. The bread and rolls, that the sandwiches are on, are also great. The homemade cookies are amazing- absolutely the BEST chocolate chip cookies I have ever had, what a treat! I always get extra cookies to take home and enjoy later. The entire staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcome...great atmosphere!

The sandwiches are amazing! They are pre-made but it’s perfect for a quick grab and go! They’re light on the tummy and taste so good! All fresh homemade ingredients. Even there cookies are baked homemade and fresh! We love Sammie’s!!!

This place was an amazing find! The sandwiches are so simple which makes it the best! The deli meat quality was amazing and the cheese too!!! The back porch over looks the whole marsh and the inside is decorated with the coolest aesthetics! It’s a must all the way! Tried to tag instagram but couldn’t find one!

Dude I deliver beer all over the island and I have never been to a place like this, excellent service, super nice people, the food is amazing, and it's also a grab and go environment so you can go to this place on your way to work, and last but not least the atmosphere is amazing, there going for more of a local vibe and it's honestly cozy. During times like November and December. I'm Absolutely in love with this place.
