every time i come to this location i am very impressed! i’m a partner from another location out of town and will come to this location when i come to visit my family. normally i have to make my drink myself, but this location NEVER lets me down. whether it’s an iced matcha or an iced latte it is perfect every time. thank y’all for all of your hard work!🩷

Efficient, clean and friendly. Drinks tasted as expected. The only thing is that the dark windows and limited signage made difficult to find and some of the parking slots dangerously back into two way mall traffic.

The store decided to force all online orders to come inside despite selecting drive-through when ordering due to FL-GA game weekend. And, they don’t care if you tested positive for strep throat 15 minutes ago… and they cannot refund your money… ohh, and there is no parking. #winning

Jo at the drive thru today was amazing!!! I never give reviews to Starbucks but the service deserved a shoutout. The little interaction made my day.
In an effort to goose profits, and eventually automate the barrister’s job, they are trying a single-cup brew machine that cranks out an off-tasting cup of joe. When I asked about the coffee, the only solution offered was an espresso. I have been drinking rich black coffee from SB for 30 years, and, sad to say, it may be time to move on.
