In an effort to goose profits, and eventually automate the barrister’s job, they are trying a single-cup brew machine that cranks out an off-tasting cup of joe. When I asked about the coffee, the only solution offered was an espresso. I have been drinking rich black coffee from SB for 30 years, and, sad to say, it may be time to move on.

I recently stopped by this location during a day trip to St Simon's Island. The store is one of the cleanest and most organized Starbucks I have ever visited. The music was at the perfect volume, and not so loud you couldn't carry on a conversation. The cashier who took my order, Samantha, was friendly and engaging with me and other customers as well. She didn't treat us like a number, and was very welcoming. Great location overall. I will definitely stop by on any future visits to the island.

While on vacation we ordered our favorite coffee and lattes for 4 days! We got fabulous customer service each day! The entire staff was super friendly no matter how busy they were and sought to ensure that we had our orders cared for. My hat off to everyone employed there as they are all customer service oriented professionals! I highly recommend this Starbucks!

I visited this location a few times during my recent trip to SSI. The staff were always working hard to fill the orders since this is such a busy location. One particular visit (7/5/24) seemed to take a bit longer to complete my order. I placed my order around 10:41 am but didn't get my order until after 11:00 am. It's a holiday week so I'm sure they were busier than normal.
