Tasteful Temptations Catering

When we began planning our out of town wedding, we knew that catering would be one of the hardest things to choose, since we wouldn’t be easily able to schedule tastings. We ended up choosing Tasteful Temptations based on their great reviews, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Davia was incredibly helpful throughout our planning process, and sent us countless menu revisions and updates. No matter how many emails we sent, she always got back to us quickly and answered any questions we had. Our wedding food was amazing! The only regret we have is not going back for seconds. The wait staff was exceptional, and really helped the night go off without a hitch. We couldn’t recommend Tasteful Temptations enough!

I cannot say enough about this catering company. Davia was so kind, patient, thorough, organized, helpful, etc! The food was EXCELLENT. The service the night of the event was also excellent and the cake was to die for! If we need another event catered in St. Simon’s, they will be our go to!

Davia and staff did a fantastic job for my daughter’s Jekyll Island morning wedding. We served brunch, and all of the guests complimented the food. It was delicious! And the wedding cake was beautiful! Highly recommend!

The presentation was first class at the wedding on St.Simons at the Lighthouse. Very well trained large crew took care of making sure food was always replenished and collected dirty dishes. HOWEVER, the quality of the food was below par. Bad seasoning on the guacamole, mac and cheese needed seasoning as it was bland, but the worst was the fried fish strips/chicken fingers - could not tell which they were by taste. Overcooked, very tough to cut or chew, very dark brown. Being in the food industry myself, I could only surmise that they were getting rid of old already cooked fare, because later in the evening, when all of these were gone, some actual nice looking golden fried (I believe) chicken fingers were brought out, but by this time, everyone had just about finished eating. If this company paid as much attention to the quality of their food to match the quality of their service, I would recommend them with 5 stars.

Working with Sara at Tasteful Temptation was such a pleasure. They recently catered our daughter’s wedding. I appreciated all of the advice when narrowing down decisions and all of the hard work by the entire crew. Guest are still talking about how delicious the food was! The donut bar was a huge success! Tasteful Temptations was a fantastic company to work with! 100% of my communication was with Sara, who was fast with her responses, which was very important to me, since I was planning a Coastal Georgia wedding from San Diego.

Brian and Sara were great!! They did my daughters and son in laws rehearsal dinner and wedding at our house with 70 guests at Amelia Island. They were spot on the whole time. Family said best food they have ever had at a wedding. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone! Shrimp boil and barbecue and many other things Friday night and shrimp and grits and tenderloin on Saturday. All crew they brought were great and they left things cleaner than when they came.

I freaking love this place and the food is made with love and care . Book them for your next event you won't regret it.

AHHMAZING, hands down, they Aced it! They catered my daughter's senior recital and everything was delicious. It was amazing to watch how quickly & professionally they set up a beautiful arrangement of food. All of our guests wanted to know "WHO did this" and complimented the refreshments. We highly recommend and look forward to future business with Tasteful Temptations.
