We’ve eaten here many times while visiting the island. Yesterday we had lunch there. After we left, we noticed we had been overcharged $3.00. It wasn’t a big deal and we assumed it was just a mistake. Today we went for a take-out order. When presented the bill, we noticed the price on the bill was higher than the price shown on the menu. When we challenged the price with the cashier, we were told the price was higher than shown because we had an “old menu” and it listed...
Very strange experience. The food was probably the best breakfast we had on the island. The service started off good but our waitress never came back and stood behind the counter playing on her phone and drinking. A completely different server dropped off our check after we were finished. We waited approximately 15 minutes for our check, we were 5 feet from the register where 4 waitresses were standing. There were 3 tables in the place so it was not busy. Ended up just taking...
Quaint little place. Good service. The breakfast steak wrap is seasoned and delicious. The grit bowl is plentiful, flavorful, and filling. The sweet tea is nicely brewed and not too sweet. Would recommend for people who like seasoned food.
