Love the friendly atmosphere. Great beer and growlers to choose from. Great hot pretzels with different kinds of mustard to try. Kids can even have fresh made Root Beer floats. And for adults root beer ( adult style). Love the puppies that greet you when you come in just like we are family.Sadly Emily said they are closing in the spring of 2024. So hurry to enjoy a wonderful place to enjoy beer and yes a good cigar.

Hidden away from the main village, but best stop on the island to sample a wide beer selection. I always make sure on every trip to the island to have at least one casual sit-down with a flight and a chat with the guy behind the counter. Embarrassed I can't recall his name, but he knows his beers and is always game to discuss them.

Very good beer, with a large selection. The owner helped us find one that we would like according to our likesWe were greeted by two sweet dogs who belonged to the owner. Had a great time talking dogs and she said for us to bring ours the next time we visited.If you are a cigar smoker they have a large selection.

Small indoor seating area with picnic tables outside. Nate (bartender)is a wealth of knowledge on beers. Great selection of beers and cigars. Place smells of spoiled beer and closes by 9:00pm.

The gentleman at the counter is extremely knowledgeable and never gets upset when I show up “late” after my bartending shift to pick up a stick or two(cigars). Very impressed with this place and have supplemented my online ordering with this B&M store.

Wonderful place to drop by for a unique beer, or flight! We tried several beers, as they offer small sized pours, great for sampling new beers! Guy was wonderful to let us bring in our dog too! Awesome place to get a growler filled!

If in the St Simons area or on the island, Growlers has a wide selection of craft beers, hard ciders, cigars in a laid back atmosphere. Good place after work is what I usually do for some relaxation, friendly smiles and talk. If your dog is friendly, they are welcome inside. Seating inside or outside, no smoking inside, but outside is no problem. Emily or Nate are knowledgeable behind the counter and the locals that linger can be a good laugh as the conversations go here and there. As a seasoned Mariner, good place to drop anchor and load some liquid cargo, can't go wrong here!

So much for southern hospitality…Very unwelcoming and the cigars are way overpriced even for a brick and mortar place. It’s definitely a cliquish crowd that doesn’t seem to care about new people or new business.

The Growler Factory is a wonderful spot to stop in for a beer or fill up a growler! Their selection is amazing and the service is absolutely outstanding. Nate was the guy behind the bar when we were there and he was so great. His knowledge of the beers was so impressive and his recommendations were spot on.

This is the place if you want good beer and cigars. They do pints, flights and growlers to-go. They have games, big soft pretzels and snacks for munching on between your drinks. Good hangout spot for the whole family and furry friends!

We haven't been to SSI for a while but found this this gem of a tap room. Emily is a fantastic beertender. Cigars also for those who partake. Ton of beer taps. We'll be back.
