Don't get me wrong, the food is great...when you get what you order. Ordered 3 meals tonight for me and my 2 sons. Not a meal was correct. I ordered 2 signature club sandwiches, which are supposed to come with bacon and cheese on them. There was no hint of bacon or cheese on the sandwiches. Ordered fries that were supposed to have extra seasoning on them (for all three orders of fries) and there was no Zaxby's seasoning on any of them. And one son ordered a big Zax snack, which is supposed to come with zax sauce to dip the chicken fingers in. No zax sauce. Very disappointing to get home and not have what was ordered and paid for. If you go to this location, DON'T ORDER ON THE APP! Go inside and order and double check your order before leaving. It's a shame that service is still this poor post-covid. Most fast food locations just quit caring if they get your order right or not, including this one, and they now charge 50% more to get your order wrong.

Good value $35 for family with box of food left togo. Chicken strips, cheese balls and fries all very tasty. Pickles could be more sour but the batter is good and overall decent but bland taste. Friendly staff and reasonably fast service on Sunday afternoon. Fun soda machine with lots of choices.

We received our order very quick and everything we ordered was presented. I usually go to CFA, but it was a Sunday so we tried Zaxby’s and I was pleasantly surprised.Kid-friendliness: My kids loved the goldfish graham cracker dessert.

I came to the franchise after a nice day at summer waves to enjoy a nice meal for myself to end up with food poisoning. I thought coming here would be better than going to McDonald’s next door and was sadly disappointed, shortly after eating here my stomach immediately started to turn and broke out in immediate sweats and having the chills. I will not recommend this location or any Zaxbys location to anyone. I thought for the price and the name I could experience a higher quality of food . I am disappointed and would like to have my money back . If I lived close by I would surely go back for a refund but I don’t
