I just went through the line at 2:35pm Jan 5th 2025 & this crew need to keep it up if everything stay cooked to order how my meal was, this could be the most unbelievable crew of outstanding associates and a more healthy living lifestyle if the mangers start w after hour cook section with them teaching them more of culinary they would love it for the company thanks very good food.

Did not even get to order cause employees were to busy farting around cutting up, and Troy talking to his boyfriend or girlfriend sees me only customer waiting to order and decides he needs to go in the bathroom so needless to say I left
You know it’s bad when an employee walks from behind the counter to go sit down and says to the waiting customers, “GOOD LUCK”. What is going on with the night shift here???? Breakfast time here is flawless but dinner time is some of the worst service I’ve seen. I was handed the wrong food 3 times while the front counter employees were playing and acting like customers weren’t even there. I’ve even witnessed employees leave this place quitting in the middle of their shift. Where is management????

If I could give negative stars I would it took almost an hour just to get food. Printer paper was put in wrong so we didn’t know our order number. Most if not all the employees were just standing around talking. I use to love this place but not anymore. Do better!
Nothing like paying over $11 for a meal, drive all the way home to find NO CHICKEN in your meal. Called in and management was rude and dismissive. Not even a simple apology.
