When i walked in I should have turned right around. The smell was awful in there. The food i ordered was soooo nasty especially those damn cinnamon twist and the sweet tea never ever going back

Too busy looking at phones. Kiosk does not contain full menu. Drink machine out of multiple beverages. Stale chips.

Completely disliked the electronic self order boards you have to order the food yourself. What’s happened to customer service? One of the items we wanted wasn’t even on the self order board. With that we were still told to order on the board and then they had to manually go in and add the Nachos Bell Grande to the order. Food fine but you should be able to give your order to an employee not the electronic board. So impersonal.

I left a review the other day that got removed, let's see if this one stays.They are a joke. Very slow and are more focused on the drive thru. I sat there 20 minutes waiting for 3 tacos. I mean really, how long does it take to make 3 tacos? They don't have to worry about me going back and that's for sure

Visited the Sandersville location today. As usual meaning this isn't the 1st time there are items missing. I mean isn't this a new store? Me being a pescatarian and utilizing their vegetarian menu is already limited within itself. Although the manager(Kashan) on duty was helpful and nice it was tiring. The GM( Dwight Cooke) may need to slow down or get help when ordering the stores revenue as not to miss items.

Good food. Clean. Atmosphere could be better if the staff didn't yell so LOUD and didn't roll their eyes so much at questions about vegetarian options. It can better if employees were trined well. If you have vegetarian options on menu, expect customers to enquire about them.Service was pretty quick. Will return. Please please don't create chaos in the restaurant with yelling. SO MUCH YELLING.
