Last week, we stopped by there while buying supplies in the area due to the hurricane. It was quite busy, and the wait time for food was long. The manager seemed to be acting like one of the younger employees instead of managing efficiently, which could have helped shorten the wait. The staff appeared confused and lacked a sense of urgency, as they were laughing and talking. Additionally, a young lady at the counter had a terrible attitude when customers asked questions or expressed concerns.

Food was ok. Nuggets were apparently there a while. The drive thru always cheats on there drive thru time. They have you wait at the money window for a while so that they can get the order ready and send it out the window.
The food window girl was AWFUL! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. If you don't like the job, go home! I really wish management would fire her or put her in the back. She's got the hateful look, shoves your bags at you. Almost throws your drinks at you. And God forbid you need and sauce/ condiments.

The cashier Embriana as a very nasty attitude and she is a liar. She accuses customers of being disrespectful towards her after she snaps at them for minor things. She really shouldn't work with customers. The manager is very polite.

Food is typically good, IF your order is correct, the service and attitude of the workers is the worst.
In the drive-through they often hold you at the payment window so it doesn't mess up their timer, but then they don't even communicate with each other for everyone to know someone's waiting for an order, but they are at the payment window because they were told to wait.

God forbid you accidentally order pickup, they'll tell you at the speaker to just pull up. And then they'll make you come around inside And then when you come inside It won't be at the counter. It will be at the drive-thru window apparently...
Coordination of the employees and just downright service of the employees is useless. They need better management.
If it was my choice I wouldn't come back here again but unfortunately the girlfriend wants Wendy's. Again, the food is typically good. But Jesus Christ, the coordination team members and the service and everything about it. Again. All new management. Everybody needs to be retrained. This is ridiculous.

Very friendly and very quick service! Their iced coffees and milk shakes are always fantastic. I don't know why these places in Sandersville have such low reviews.
Hot fries! Crisp lettuce on our Dave's Double, gooey melted cheese...a good burger! No wait! Went in, placed order, went to wash hands , and when I returned my hot order was ready! Great staff. Very friendly and helpful! Apologized for making me wait even though I didn't consider it a wait. Will definitely be back!

This is my favorite "go-to" Wendy's. The food is always good, hot and fresh. More importantly, the fries are always hot.This last visit wasn't as joyful as usual due to the counter person being almost rude. When I would ask a question, the answers were all non-verbal. It was like I was inconveniencing her.
