We took a group of 30 students into Zaxby's at 11:45 a.m.. the staff was quick and courteous and the food came out very quickly. The restrooms were clean and we were on our way within 50 minutes. Amazing experience

The food was amazing as always the service was ok the people were nice it just took a while to get the food out. The people were kind and helpful. They got my order right the first time because I had a few changes the food was super good and when I asked for extra stuff they were very polite.10/10 I would recommend this place to anyone.

Stopped for dinner on a roadtrip. The lady who served us (Nakierrah?) was very sweet and efficient. Our food was fresh and out quickly!

Doesn't have the variety that it used to. in the drive through lane, I had to pull over and wait for my order which was for only two people.

The food was good and the lady was nice. My only thing is i think at least you should get and upsized item on your order whenever you have to pull down in the drive thru. If you got a small or medium drink upsize it to large and the same with fries etc. I finished my drink before i got my food when they pulled my down.

Ordered a Cobb zalad and it came with no eggs, no bacon, had paid for extra sauce never got it. Tried to call and speak with someone and they never picked up the phone. Terrible customer service

Walked in, waited 10 minutes. Walked out no one served us. Too busy carrying on with others and door dash orders.

I ordered on the app. Parked in the designated spot and waited and waited. I finally walked in and saw my order on the shelf for a doordash delivery. When I asked, I was given every excuse under the sun. I recommended that they get rid of the app ordering. They are the epitome of podunk.
