I had a lovely experience at the Zaxby's as I submitted an application to work there. The atmosphere was very friendly and wholesome. After the interview concluded I was offered a free meal which was absolutely delicious and the manager even delivered the meal to me. The chicken was tender and moist, deliciously spicy, the crinkle fries were spiced to perfection and super fresh, and even the toast was great with a subtle spread of butter. I enjoyed every part of the meal and highly recommend that you stop by for a bite.

Waited about 5 minutes before, I was acknowledged, but overall the food was fresh, just acknowledge your customers, no matter how busy you are in drive thru. I spent too much money to have poor customer service.
Ordered online got confirmation message it was ready...waited 15 min for order, one guy finally left after standing there 10min while nobody was at the counter to take orders and when someone finally did show, they were moving like in slow motion. Cooks were working very hard though

When we got there the doors were locked with a parking lot full of cars and a bunch of people in there. They refused to open the door even though they weren't suppose to close for another hour.
