So, my daughter just relocated her from New Jersey and I've been bragging about the Bagel Boys location near our Johns Creek home in Alpharetta (4620 Kimball Bridge Road). This morning we had an opportunity to go so she could get some breakfast. As we walked in the door she told me the cashier (short hispanic female with black hair) gave her an unwelcoming look and when my daughter said "good morning" she did not respond. Now bear in mind I was told this after leaving. I then ordered a toasted Blueberry bagel with butter and my daughter initially ordered a bagel with bacon, eggs and cheese. I then changed my order to the same because it sounded good. I asked the cashier if they scrambled their eggs because that is the only way I can eat it. She said "yes". The tall white guy that appeared to be the. manager came and said they put heavy cream in it and pour it into something and they cook it. So again, for clarification, I asked if it was scrambled. He then walked back to the kitchen and showed me the egg that WAS NOT SCRAMBLED, it appeared to be STEAMED which I do not like. I thanked him for clearing up my confusion and as I proceeded to pay for what would now be my original Blueberry Bagel with butter and my daughter's now new order of the pistachio muffin, the cashier literally rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed as if she was annoyed right in front of me. So I said, "are you really getting upset because I asked about how you serve your eggs"? No response so I just paid and walked towards where the chairs were. She said my order will be a the window. Initially, I was going to sit down and remembered that I'll just go to the window since it's only a buttered bagel. When I got to the pick up window, I overheard her talking about me to another employee. She was in my direct line of view but I didn't see which employee she was talking to. I was so offended and disrespected that I then asked for a refund because I didn't want their food from that location. My daughter and I then drove approximately 5 additional miles to the Haynes Bridge location where we were greeted by two SUPER FRIENDLY cashiers. I asked this same cashier how they prepared their eggs and she answered with a friendly demeanor, "STEAMED". I looked at my daughter and proved my point. The cashier at the Kimball bridge location apparently came in with an attitude or maybe they are not used to minorities living in that location. Not sure but it was super unkind, mean and disrespectful. The manager just moved her out of the way, gave me my refund with receipt and let me go on my way. There was no attempt to rectify the matter. There was no apology for how we were treated. I will never spend my money at THAT LOCATION AGAIN and I don't expect to get a response from JACK POTTAGE who was the manager that gave me my money back. Lesson: If you work with the public and you can't offer a good morning or a simple smile then you are in the wrong line of work. As for this manager, seeing that this is a family owned business, if you allow your employees to treat people badly whether they are minorities or not, SHAME ON YOU. Perhaps you are so well off, there is no need to treat people with even a minimum amount of decency.

Young man in love with his phone screen. No greeting or smile while I order. Back to the screen right after I placed my order. Never going back.

I had a fantastic experience at Bagel Boys, thanks to Manager Daniel and the team members, Victor and Octavio. Their professionalism and courteous demeanor truly stood out. The place was spotless, and I was impressed by the level of cleanliness throughout. The service was top-notch, fast, and friendly, making my visit a pleasant one. It’s rare to find such dedication to both quality and customer care. I highly recommend Bagel Boys for anyone looking for great food and awesome service!

There is a lot of chatter and loud noises from the people who work in the kitchen area. Very hard to concentrate if you come here to work and focus.

A little dark inside, but a nice place to chill for a bit before heading to work. Thr bagels isn't as big as other locations, but as long as there's everything bagels, I'm happy. I'm really a big fan, but these are the best. I have a hard time talking me into something else, but they're all good. Service is quick.

Had a onion bagel with bacon and cheese, I thought it was coming with egg. They need a bacon egg and cheese sandwich option on the menu. Ordered through Uber eats

Really good plain bagel and cream cheese. I’d put it on par with the best I can find in the Boston area. Iced coffee was acceptable although nothing special. Service could have been a bit faster on a weekday around 8am.

Usually love this place. But lately my well done cinnamon crunch bagel with butter has been underdone and tasted like onions. ?

It’s very hit or miss.
There seems to be a bit of a communication issue when ordering and the prep station is NOT reading the tickets. My last order was completely incorrect (and I didn’t check it before leaving, so that’s on me). Past orders have been hit or miss as well. Perhaps they’ve had a management change?
Either way, the bagels are good, when they’re prepared to your request.

Just went here for the first time. I ordered a large latte and an avocado wrap. The food is clearly microwaved and my latte tasted like the bitter icky parts of a coffee pot that hasn’t been properly cleaned in a while. I was able to eat a good bit of the wrap but couldn’t stomach the coffee at all. My friend got a bagel and that seemed fine; I would just be wary of ordering too far afield. Disappointed.
