Nice local sushi place in Sandy springs. Huge fan of their nabeyaki udon. Excellent broth. Sushi is very good. Only item we didn't enjoy was the salmon skin hand roll. It tasted a little too crispy/almost burnt. Everything else we'd order again, especially the nasu karashi (sweet miso eggplant). That was our favorite.
Nothing but the best at Bishoku. We're always excited to try new rolls and menu items but also can never pass up the opportunity to get the pickled vegetables, miso eggplant, and tamago!
The best sushi spot with a great vibe and excellent customer service. I was a regular but now that I’ve had it again I won’t go anywhere else. That y’all for being fabulous.
