It would be nice to include label sandwiches when order 10 sandwiches so people don't have to open others' to find out what they are. Also be nice to include utensils in the bag when ordering from delivery service.

I ordered sandwiches and salads for a meeting. The salads were OK , but sandwiches — all 3 kinds - were a disappointment. Bread on the tuna and pimiento cheese was dry. Pimiento cheese filling was dry and more like just a sliced cheese. Tuna fish filling was skimpy. The turkey wrap was tasteless. The pasta salad had far too much pesto, it was drowning in it.

I absolutely love the Dunwoody location! Its location is very clean and the dinning area is beautiful.
However, the sandy springs location is completely different and comes with extremely bad service. I ordered a salad and one of the female employees told me it would be an up charge if I wanted my dressing with my salad. Ironically, the lady behind me ordered a salad and was given her dressing with no up charge.

Very disappointed and disrespectful.

I’ve eaten at your Sandy Springs location for years and have always ordered the chicken salad sandwich—it’s consistently been fantastic.
Recently, I ordered the sandwich again, only to find that it no longer tastes the same. At first, I assumed it might have been a one-off preparation error. But after ordering it a second time, both my wife and I realized that you’ve changed the recipe—and unfortunately, it’s no longer any good.

If something isn’t broken, why mess with it?
You’ve lost a loyal customer. Bad decision.

Don’t come on here 15 minutes before closing because you’re going to get the worse service ever. I never get to eat here because there isn’t one by me but I really love their soup so I ran in to see if there was still some left. I asked for a bowl to go and she was already giving me an attitude about that and when I realize I should just get the quart, I asked her if it was too late to change it to a quart. As I’m finishing my sentence, someone comes out with the bowl and she looks at me and says yes it’s too late. It’s not so hard to just pour that into a bigger container and just fill the rest up. Her facial expression the whole time was disrespectful and just plain rude. I don’t care if I have to drive further out, I will never go back here.

It's not a real bakery. Only packaged sweets. No fresh bread loafs. Felt more like a Panera but without good bread only some sandwiches

Not great, not horrible, they are pre-made sandwiches which are on the pricey side. Spent $41 for 2 people.
