I love Bruster’s ice cream! Tonight we ordered a regular sized blast and when they gave it to us it was only half full. This wouldn’t be an issue but we payed full price just to get half of our ice cream.

The new owners are ruining the Brusters experience. We have been coming to this location for 20+ years and have been through several different owners. They instantly raised all their prices, the employees are miserable, you can see it on their faces, and now they’re even skimping on doggie cones. Hopefully they will learn that if they foster their community, their business will thrive and not the other way around.

This is by far the best icecream I've had in my life!!! This is coming from someone who LOVES icecream and has tried many icecream spots, (including Jenis and Insomnia, no shade to them) More icecream and better value for money. This location had a banana pudding flavor that was sooo good, I will definitely be passing by A LOT in the summer for some icecream.

I walk in and ask for a pineapple shake. The man says we are out of pineapple, so I go for Strawberry instead. He then says our shake machine is broken down the past 2 hours. What!? No backup or someone to fix? I don't believe it, just lazy.

This place is disgusting! The girl at the front was so rude to my husband and son. After we left and started drinking our milkshakes, we were all like these don’t taste right and the consistency is off. We went to smell them and they smelled like throw up. We are thinking the milk was expired, but it could also be the ice cream when we left and were loading in the car You could see in the store and she was digging all in the ice cream container with her bare hands with the scoop and her hand had ice cream on it when it was coming out. We all stopped on the way home to use the bathroom and threw away our shakes. Horrible horrible experience and hoping we don’t get food poisoning!!!!!!

Quick service and delicious cinnamon ice cream. Went here after a terrible experience waiting at the sonic nearby and glad we left to come here.

The workers here have so much patience. And are remarkably kind for the things they have to put up with. The store not being clean and the things that need to get done are way above their pay grade as well as not what they are hired to do.The swinging door is broken so it makes a horrible sound when it shuts to tiles on the floor being broken near the door. Most nights they are understaffed with slow times being slow and rush times leaving the employees exhausted physically and mentally because the line makes costumers angry and then they take the anger out on the employees who seem to be working as fast as they can the only reason this store gets five stars from me is because I want to show the employees they are valued.

The ice cream is always Great!

Sadly, all Bruster’s locations are not the same quality. The one in NDH was terrific - good ice cream and friendly service. The SS location is a disappointment.
