Karima is exceptional, I have never been welcomed so warmly. I love the service and I am inspired. I will be make this my go to lunch and the wings hot fresh and delicious. This company has a GEM. Thank you 😌

Been here twice. First time it took forever to have my order ready.
I Dicided to give it one more shot but still it took way too long for it to be ready when it wasn't even during busy hours.

Just not worth sitting around for more than 30mins for what is a pretty plain wings.

I was nervous because the reviews were bad! But my experience was perfect. I put my order in on my phone, and I was able to use my reward with no problem. My order was ready in like 15 minutes so super quick . my food tasted hot and fresh. Also was very clean in there.

I really love that this is by my house but I keep running into the same guy working there who has zero personality, he works nights, he makes you feel bad about ordering your food, I understand some days are tough in any business but he really hates being here, and he turns away customers, I've seen it, I was here at 9 something on a Friday, I demand better! I'm new to sandy springs and everyone has been nice but him.

I recently visited the Buffalo Wild Wings in Sandy Springs, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was lively and fun, perfect for watching a game with friends.But what really made my visit exceptional was the general manager. They were incredibly welcoming and made sure that every guest felt valued. I had a small issue with my order, and they went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and efficiently. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was truly impressive.The food was delicious, as always, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings location to anyone looking for a great time and excellent service. And a special shout-out to the general manager for making it such a memorable experience!

My friend and I had a great time at Buffalo Wild Wings, and Karima made it even better! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our wraps and burger were delicious, and she kept our drinks full without us even having to ask. It’s not every day you get such great service—Karima really knows how to take care of her customers. We’ll definitely be back!

I love coming here on my lunch break. The staff is very friendly and food is always hot and fresh. This is my favorite location.

I had a wonderful experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings go location in Sandy Springs. Karima the General Manager made sure we had everything we needed! I placed a large order of 100 wings and she was on top of it! The wings were still hot, made fresh, and clearly labeled. She even included paper wing baskets, plenty of celery carrots , ranch , blue cheese and utensils. She truly went above and beyond to make everything stress free. I will be back!

This is my favorite BBW the staff is ALWAYS nice and friendly. The food is ready on time and it’s always fresh. The manager Karima is always so bubbly and happy. Her staff is just like her. I love it here.
