Always a good experience and so nice to see Gage Z! He's such an asset to the group! Had some noisy neighbors but otherwise a good dining experience. Gias did a good job.

First time visit to C&S, but it most assuredly won't be the last. My wife and I both ordered different seafood dishes, the grilled shrimp over lobster risotto with charred brussel sprouts. I ordered the broiled grouper over the lobster risotto with a ginger seafood emulsion sauce. Then, the creme de la creme: the S'mores cheesecake. Unbelievably delicious and so flavorful! Our server Asiel, was quick witted, personable, and so helpful in is deciding what to order.

This was our first time eating here and we were blown away with the service! Our server Brandon was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, huge wine selection as well.

We always enjoy the experience at C&S. Pierce, our waiter, gave us superior service. The food was consistent and very tasty!!!

C&S Oyster Bar in Roswell never disappoints—consistently delicious food and exceptional service every time. The chargrilled oysters are a standout—perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. And if you’re lucky enough to be seated in Maurice’s section, you're in great hands—he’s one of the best in the business. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved dining here tonight. My wife and I walked in without a reservation and were welcomed right away by the friendly team and seated fast. Shamon was our server and he made everything feel so smooth and enjoyable. The gumbo and chargrilled oysters were beyond perfect and the smoked old fashioned was spot-on. The whole staff was fantastic. If you go, ask for Shamon. His service was incredible and made the night unforgettable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We decided on an impromptu dinner at C&S, and I’m so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and vibrant. We started our evening with a selection of appetizers, and I have to say, the oysters and crab cake were absolute standouts.

Our server, Shamon, made the experience even more memorable. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and was attentive without ever being intrusive. His genuine kindness and professionalism made for a pleasant experience.

C&S exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the overall vibe was just right for a spontaneous night out.

The food was awesome, I had the chargrill oyster and my server Maurice recommended the red snapper blackened, very flavorful! Maurice was very knowledgeable about the menu. I will definitely be back.
